Architectural solutions.

The projected “Kindergarten for 300 children with a swimming pool is designed as a two-story one with a technical underground and an attic roof, has a cross-shaped configuration, overall dimensions along the axes 65,0X57,0 m. Group cells are located in three isolated blocks, united by a central core, and functional service rooms are located in the fourth. On the 1st floor of the building there are 6 group cells, a catering unit, a laundry room, a health unit with a swimming pool, a medical unit, a security room, a staff wardrobe, a utility pantry, a staff bathroom, a cleaning equipment room, and an electrical panel room. Each group cell consists of the following rooms: a dressing room (reception) (for receiving children and storing outerwear), a group room (for playing games, classes and eating), a bedroom, a pantry (for preparing ready-made meals for distribution and washing tableware), toilet (combined with a washroom). Two dispersed evacuation exits are provided from each group cell. Group cells for infants and young children have independent entrances, group rooms have two-way lighting, which allows you to meet the regulatory requirements for insolation of the premises. With such a layout, despite the large occupancy of the kindergarten, there is no feeling of tightness and congestion in the premises, since each block is relatively independent and isolated. The catering unit consists of the following premises: a loading room, a hot shop, a meat and fish shop, a cold shop, a distribution room, a washing of kitchen utensils, a vegetable shop, a washing container, a pantry of vegetables, a refrigerator room, a pantry of dry products, a cleaning equipment room, a staff wardrobe, a staff bathroom. The laundry room consists of a dirty linen reception room, a washing room, an ironing room, a dirty linen pantry, and a clean linen pantry. The wellness block consists of the following rooms; swimming pool (6,6X3,05) m, changing rooms for boys and girls, showers, bathrooms for boys and girls, trainer's room, inventory room, nurse's office, water preparation room, staff bathroom. The medical block includes: a reception room, a medical room, a treatment room, a physiotherapy room, a bathroom. On the ground floor of the kindergarten building there is an electrical panel. On the 2nd floor there are 6 group cells, a speech therapist's office, a methodologist's office, a music room with a pantry for inventory, a gym, a pantry for sports equipment, a manager's office, a dining room, a psychologist's office, a methodological office, utility and storage rooms, a utility room, staff bathroom, cleaning equipment room. From each group cell, as well as from swimming pools, sports and music halls, there are two dispersed evacuation exits. The width of the opening of the entrance doors of the premises of preschool groups for evacuation is at least 1,2 m, filling the doorways with sealing in the porches. The width of the corridors along the evacuation routes is at least 1,6 m. For the access of disabled people in a wheelchair and other MGN to the premises of the second floor, an elevator is provided with a cabin size of 1,1x1,4 (width x depth), which provides accommodation for a disabled person in a wheelchair with an attendant face. For their evacuation, a security zone for temporary stay is provided in the stairwell in axes 5-6 (block B/2). A ventilation chamber is located in the attic space. Access to the attic is through the internal hatch on the stairs.

Constructive decisions.

The building is two-storey, in plan it has a cruciform shape, the dimensions in the axes are 66x54 m. The height of the 1st and 2nd floors is 3,3 m. For the relative mark of 0.000, the level of the finished floor of the first floor was taken, which corresponds to the absolute mark of 247.85. As the main bearing system of the building, a reinforced concrete frame was adopted, made according to the KBK system, consisting of prefabricated columns, stiffening diaphragms and floor panels, rigidly coupled to each other and forming a single spatial structure. The building has 5 stiffening cores made of prefabricated-monolithic 160 mm thick around the stair and elevator blocks. The spatial rigidity of the building frame and stability is ensured by the rigid connection of the columns and stiffening diaphragms with the foundation slab, the rigidity of the columns and stiffening diaphragms themselves, the rigidity of the building floor disks rigidly coupled to the columns and stiffening diaphragms. All interfloor floors and coverings are reinforced concrete panels, a system of structures of a beamless frame (KBK system). The load-bearing walls of the stair blocks are prefabricated-monolithic, 160 mm thick. Accepted materials: Monolithic part B25 concrete, reinforcement ASh, AI. Assembly part: Rigidity diaphragms according to the KBK system. Rigidity diaphragms - prefabricated-monolithic, 160 mm thick. Monolithic part B25 concrete, reinforcement ASh, AI. Prefabricated part Diaphragms of rigidity according to the KBK system. The bearing walls of the elevator shaft are monolithic, 160 mm thick. Accepted materials: concrete B25, reinforcement A400, A240. Columns - reinforced concrete prefabricated-monolithic, a system of structures of a beamless frame (KBK system). Flights of stairs are designed as prefabricated from reinforced concrete steps GOST 8717-2016 according to metal stringers. Interfloor platforms of stairs are made in the form of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs, 100 mm thick, class B15 concrete.
