Architectural and space-planning solutions.

The project documentation on the site provides for the construction of a building of a preschool educational institution (DOE) for 60 places. The designed building has a complex shape in plan, one-two-three-storey, with a basement floor. The dimensions of the building in the extreme axes are 33,30 x 33,30 m. The maximum height of the main three-story volume of the building from the planning level of the ground to the top of the parapet is 12,3 m. The level of the finished floor of the 0,000st floor of the building is taken as the relative level of 1, which corresponds to the absolute level of 15.45. The height of the floors is 3,3 m, the height of the premises in cleanliness is 3,03 m. As part of the preschool educational institution, the following are designed: 4 group cells (1 nursery group and 3 preschool groups of 15 children each), a swimming pool. Each group cell consists of a dressing room, a toilet, a group (playing and sleeping areas), a pantry and has two dispersed evacuation exits. On the ground floor of the building, the following are designed: one group cell of a nursery group, a catering facility with a separate entrance, a block of medical rooms, a block of a pool room with a bathtub 3 x 7 m, a security room, a pram room, a bathroom with a universal cabin. On the second floor are designed: two group cells of preschool groups, a sports and music hall with a storage room for inventory, two rooms for group work, a ventilation chamber. On the third floor are designed: one group cell for a preschool group, a room for group work with a pantry, administrative premises, a ventilation chamber. Sanitary facilities for staff and storerooms for cleaning equipment are provided on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. The basement floor is designed for: a block of laundry rooms, a maintenance workshop, a room for temporary storage of fluorescent lamps and technical rooms for engineering support of the building (ITP, cable, water metering unit), rooms for pool maintenance. For vertical communication between the above-ground floors, two staircases of the L1 type were designed. From one staircase there is an exit to the roof. A single-flight internal staircase was designed to connect the basement floor with the first one. Two isolated exits are designed from the basement through the pits to the outside. For lifting food and clean linen, two freight elevators with a carrying capacity of 100 kg each are provided. External walls - from 3-layer reinforced concrete panels, followed by painting with acrylate facade paint over the primer layer. Finishing of the plinth - from porcelain stoneware slabs. The ceiling is flat, non-attic, reinforced concrete. The roof is made of rolled materials, in some areas reinforced with two layers of waterproofing carpet. Drainage - internal, from the one-story part of the building - external organized. Internal walls and ceilings are made of reinforced concrete. Partitions - from hollow and solid ceramic bricks, tongue-and-groove slabs. Finishing of the premises is provided, allowing wet cleaning and disinfection of walls and floors in accordance with the functional purpose of the premises. In the group rooms of the 1st floor and on the bypass paths of the pool, heated floors are provided. Stair railings - metal, railing height 1,5 m, handrails at a height of 0,9 m, 0,5 m. Filling window openings - metal-plastic window blocks with double-glazed windows. Access for people with limited mobility to the first floor is provided.

Structural and space-planning solutions.

The level of responsibility of the structure is II (normal). The structural scheme of the building is a full braced frame made of precast concrete according to series 1.022 KL-2. The basement floor was designed according to the column-wall structural scheme, the outer walls are monolithic reinforced concrete 260 mm thick, made of B25, W6, F50 concrete. The outer walls are insulated with polystyrene foam to the full height along the perimeter of the building. Columns - with a section of 400x400 mm from concrete of class B50, F50. Column pitch - 6,0 m, 9,0 m. Internal load-bearing walls - prefabricated reinforced concrete panels 140 mm thick made of B50 concrete, serve as stiffening diaphragms. Columns of typical floors - with a section of 400x400 mm, made of B50 class concrete. Frame beams - prefabricated reinforced concrete tee crossbars made of class B50 concrete. The node supporting the crossbar on the console of the column is decided as conditionally rigid. Ceilings and roofing are designed from prefabricated reinforced concrete multi-hollow slabs without formwork molding with a thickness of 220 mm from B40 class concrete. The floor slabs rest on the shelves of the crossbars or the consoles of the stiffening diaphragms. The rigidity of the disk in the longitudinal direction is ensured by the installation of spacer plates between the columns, which have rigid junctions with crossbars. Solid slabs-spacers with a span of 9,0 m are designed in the ceiling above the pool. External enclosing walls are non-bearing three-layer panels 400 mm thick. The spatial immutability and stability of the frame is ensured by the joint work of frames, stiffening diaphragms and hard disks of floors and coatings. Stair structures and ventilation units are prefabricated reinforced concrete products, made of class B25 concrete. The spatial calculation of the building frame was carried out in the LIRA 9.6 Pro software package, version 9.6R5 and LIRA 9.6 Grunt, taking into account the influence of the base compliance. The maximum horizontal movement of the top of the building is 8,5 mm, which does not exceed the maximum allowable values. The required fire resistance of reinforced concrete load-bearing structures is provided by an increased protective layer of concrete for working reinforcement. The foundations are designed in the form of a monolithic reinforced concrete foundation slab 600 mm thick on a natural base made of concrete of class B25, W6, F50. The slab is arranged according to concrete preparation with a thickness of 100 mm from concrete of class B7.5. The average design pressure under the base of the foundation is 0,66 kg/cm2. The design resistance of the base is 1,19 kg/cm2. The expected maximum draft is 7,8 cm. A relative elevation of 0,000 corresponds to an absolute elevation of 15.45. In accordance with the report on engineering and geological surveys carried out by Geozond LLC (registration No. KGA 1409/1 dated 01.07.2011/2/1,93), the foundations are based on EGE-2 soils (heavy silty loam, refractory, ribbon and layered), which has the following characteristics: ρn=0,795 t/m17; e=0,24; n=2о; cn=100 kg/cm2; E=XNUMX kg/cmXNUMX. In order to protect underground structures from the penetration of groundwater through the working seams of concreting and the expansion joint, waterproofing dowels "Aquastop" and coating with polymer mastic are provided.
