The location of the building, the number of group rooms, the number of places in the kindergarten, the location of group sites were determined based on the configuration and area of ​​​​the allotted area, the necessary sanitary and fire breaks from existing buildings, garages, requirements for insolation and orientation of group rooms. For a relative mark of 0.000, the level of the finished floor of the first floor of the building is taken, corresponding to the absolute mark of 82,77 on the drawings of the general plan. The project provides for the construction of a kindergarten for 115 children, with adjacent landscaping. The kindergarten is designed on a separate land plot. There are no facilities with sanitary protection zones within the adjacent development. The projected facility does not have a SPZ and does not have any impact on the surrounding development. A ring passage is designed around the building, the main entrance to the building is located on the southeast side and goes directly to the playgrounds and sports grounds. On the playgrounds there are shade awnings and the necessary gaming equipment: a sports complex, swings, rocking chairs, walls, etc., that meet the highest requirements. The territory of the site is landscaped according to the standards, trees and shrubs are planted around the perimeter of the site. The paving of sidewalks around the building is supposed to be made of paving stones. The territory of the kindergarten is fenced along the perimeter with a mesh fence 1,6 m high and illuminated.

Architectural and construction solutions.

According to the customer's instructions, the building has a bright, expressive appearance, contrasting with the surrounding buildings and corresponding to the appearance of a preschool institution. In this regard, it was decided to design the building with brick walls, external insulation and cladding with red and ocher facing bricks. Hipped roof of the central staircase and roof over the main volume buildings - from a metal tile of red color. The two-story building has a pronounced entrance group overlooking the area with group playgrounds. From the side of the courtyard facade is located service entrance, from the southwestern facade - the entrance to the technical underground and the entrance to the loading and catering department, from the east side there is a second entrance to the technical underground. Group rooms have additional emergency exits - to external open stairs, from the side facades of the building. In the technical underground there are thermal, water metering units, a ventilation chamber, engineering communications are laid out. The roof is rafter - the coating is made of metal tiles on a wooden crate. In the building of the kindergarten, measures are provided for a barrier-free environment for people with limited mobility, accompanying children to kindergarten and back: the main entrance is equipped with a ramp, there are no steps on the first floor. The building has 6 group rooms, three per floor. One group on the ground floor - for toddlers with a separate entrance from the street in close proximity to the main entrance. And two groups - for children of primary preschool age. On the second floor there are three group rooms for children of middle, senior preschool age. All group rooms have a second evacuation exit to the stairs located at the ends of the building. All group rooms have a dressing room, a pantry for sleds, skis, etc. (a wheelchair room is provided on the ground floor), a group room, a bedroom, a pantry, a toilet room. On both floors there are staff rooms with their own bathroom, in this regard, separate cabins for staff in the toilet rooms are not provided. On the ground floor are also located: a hall, a second stairwell for service purposes. As well as a medical unit, consisting of a doctor's office, a treatment room and a bathroom with a place for preparing a disinfectant solution, a laundry room - ironing room, pantries for linen, a manager's office, a methodological office, a speech therapist's office and a caretaker's office, an electrical panel room, a room for cleaning equipment, catering facilities . On the second floor there is a hall for music classes, a universal room for classes, a hall for physical education, and a ventilation chamber. All the main premises of the kindergarten are illuminated with natural light, the pantry, storerooms, staff rooms, utility and technical rooms are illuminated with artificial light. Orientation of the premises to the cardinal points: - group rooms, bedrooms - southeast, northeast (for group rooms facing the northeast, insolation was calculated, insolation corresponds to the standard); - a hall for music classes, a universal room for classes - north (complies with the requirements of SanPiN), - a hall for physical education - north, southwest. Corner ventilation is provided in the sleeping quarters, the glazing area is taken to be the maximum possible, the openings are filled with plastic bindings, double-glazed windows, transoms are provided in all windows. -blue, pale green), on the northern rhumbs - yellow tones (pale yellow, pale pink, beige). Separate elements should be painted with brighter colors, but not more than 25% of the entire area of ​​​​the room. The surfaces of the walls of the rooms for music and gymnastics should be painted in light colors. Passport finishing facades: 1.
