General information.

Based on the technical and technological specifications from the customer, the project provides for the placement in one building of a kindergarten for 100 places and a school for 350 places. The building has a complex plan shape, with a basement, consisting of volumes (blocks) of different heights, equipped with independent exits from the building. The dimensions of the building in plan in axes "A-S" are 108,9 m, in axes "1-24" - 121,3 m. The building in axes N/2-S and 1-24 is three-story with a basement, equipped with five staircases , evenly distributed in plan, the height of the 1st floor is 3,9 m; height of the 2nd floor - 3,9 m; 3rd floor - 3,9 m; height from the planning level of the ground to the top of the parapet - 13,6 m. The height of educational premises is accepted as 3,6 m based on SanPiN 2.4.2.2821-10 “Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for conditions and organization education in educational institutions”. The building in axes A-C/1 and 1/1-10/1 is two-storey with a basement; height of the premises on the 1st floor - 3,9 m; height of the 2nd floor - 3,9 m; the height from the planning ground level to the top of the parapet is 11,9 m. The structural design of the building is a load-bearing reinforced concrete frame consisting of columns and ceilings. Foundations - monolithic reinforced concrete slab. The partitions are plasterboard on a metal frame with sheathing made of two sheets of gypsum plasterboard (gypsum plasterboard in wet rooms) on both sides filled with mineral wool. The external walls are made of gas silicate blocks D 400 V 2,5 T = 300 mm with ROCWOOL Venti Bats insulation and a ventilated facade of the "Kraspan" type. The ceilings are monolithic. The roof is flat. Space-planning decisions were made in accordance with regulatory documentation and fire safety requirements. Parts of the building of different functional hazards (kindergarten - F 1.1; school - F 4.1) are separated into separate blocks connected by a catering unit.
