General information.

The building of a farm for raising sheep for 200 heads is one-story, with a gable roof, with the main dimensions (along the axes of the building) in plan 12,0 m x 60,0 m, with a room height (to the bottom of the supporting structures) of 3,6 m. The planning solution for this building was made in accordance with the technological diagram. The number of employees in the building for sheep and their gender is determined in accordance with the technical specifications section of the Law. The foundations are columnar monolithic reinforced concrete. The load-bearing frame of the building is metal columns and trusses, connections along them. External enclosing structures are three-layer metal sandwich panels with polyurethane foam insulation, 60 mm thick. The plinth is a three-layer reinforced concrete plinth panel with insulation extruded polystyrene foam "Penoplex", type 35, thickness 80mm. The roof is a single-pitch roof made of three-layer metal sandwich panels with polyurethane foam insulation, 80 mm thick. The roof of the auxiliary premises block is single-pitched and made of profiled metal sheet GOST 24045-94. Floors – floor pies provided – see. l.6 79-AR-8.1. Partitions - double moisture-resistant plasterboard on a single metal frame filled with mini-slab - thickness 110 mm, thickness 200 mm, cross-section of the metal frame profile 100x50 mm, strut spacing 300 mm, height 3,1 m. Partitions are connected to load-bearing walls, and with a length of more than 3,0 m - with overlaps. The frame of plasterboard partitions is attached to the main floor and to the ceiling. To ensure independent deformation of the partitions, anti-seismic seams are provided along the vertical end and upper horizontal edges of the partitions and the load-bearing structures of the building. The width of the seams is 20 mm. The seams are filled with elastic elastic material. The partitions are fastened to the supporting structures using connecting elements and anchor bolts. Windows are plastic according to GOST 23166-99. Doors - according to GOST 31173-2003 and GOST 30970-2002. Design solutions provide emergency exits. Volume-spatial decisions were made taking into account the urban planning and climatic conditions of the construction area and in accordance with the requirements of production technology and current norms and regulations. The architectural composition was chosen in accordance with the requirements of the production technology. Solutions for the facades and interiors of the building are selected in accordance with the requirements of production technology, as well as in accordance with the adopted design solutions for the building frames. The interior decoration of the premises is carried out in accordance with the functional purpose of the premises, in accordance with the lists of premises finishing and floor explication developed in the working design. Non-flammable finishing materials were used on escape routes. Thermal protection of building structures and premises is ensured by measures and design solutions, such as roofing and walls. Protection from noise is provided by methods and means of combating harmful production factors at the sources of their occurrence and localizing the zones of action of these factors, namely: the use of equipment with relatively low noise generation; placement of noise-emitting equipment in isolated rooms; the use of enclosing structures in areas with the required sound insulation; the use of noise suppressors in ventilation and air conditioning systems. The premises of the building are protected from the penetration of rain, melt and ground water by structural means and technical devices. Waterproofing of walls in contact with the ground and waterproofing of the foundation are provided. Vapor barrier is provided in the walls and roofs. The roofs are designed with unorganized external drainage.

Technological solutions.

To keep 200 heads of young sheep for fattening, the project provides for the construction of a building with plan dimensions of 12x60 m. Animals are kept in groups of 50 heads in sections on deep litter, each group has its own access to walking areas and a separate approach to the feeding table. The project provides for fattening sheep of coarse wool breeds from the age of two months. Feeding is carried out twice a year: in spring in May and autumn in November. The gap between technological cycles is two weeks; during this period, the premises for keeping animals are cleaned and disinfected.
