General information.

The building of the modular pig slaughter shop consists of 27 blocks of containers that are mounted partially on two floors to install a strip track up to 4,5 meters high and 8 meters long. The strip track is intended for transporting carcasses from one technological operation to another. The production of modular buildings meets the requirements of the group technical specifications “Mobile (inventory) container-type buildings of the Universal system” TU 5282-00605108104-98 and depend on the functional purpose of the building. At the Customer’s construction site it is necessary to prepare according to the agreedalong the foundation for the building, bring external communications: power supply, water and sewerage, unload the structures, install them on the foundation, mount them between constitute the building structure to connect the inputs of external networks water, electricity, waterdisposal (drains, sewerage). In production premises, it is necessary to provide opening transoms for air access upwards in winter, and downwards in summer, at least 20% of the total area of ​​light openings. The design of opening transoms must allow the installation of protective insect nets. Materials for floor coverings should be taken in accordance with VSN01-80 “Instructions for the design and installation of floor coverings in rooms with aggressive environments at meat and dairy industry enterprises.” Floors under built-in refrigeration units must be insulated and the difference between internal and external temperatures does not exceed 2.5 ° C. At workplaces with wet floors (intestinal workshop, raw materials department of a meat processing plant), ladders (mats, grates) must be installed. Walls in premises producing food products must be covered with materials approved for use in construction by the State Sanitary Inspectorate of the Russian Federation. In places where traffic moves, columns and doors must be protected with a metal sheet to a height of 0.5 to 2 meters. When designing protection against rodents, a metal mesh with a 4x4 mm cell is laid to a depth of 59 mm below the level of the finished floor and under the finishing of the walls to a height of up to 300 mm from the floor. To collect non-food waste and confiscated goods, provide special containers or purge tanks, painted in a color different from that of other equipment and containing an inscription about the purpose. In all production premises used for the production of food products, sinks with a sterilizer for small equipment must be installed, and the sink equipment and disinfection of large equipment is carried out in a washing room with a supply of disinfectant solution and detergents.
