General information.

The design solutions provide for: a progressive feeding system for broiler turkey poults; equipping the farm with genetically high-quality, highly productive livestock; providing poultry with quality feed; efficient use of usable space; high sanitary, hygienic and veterinary requirements; continuity and rhythm of product release; high labor organization. Technological solutions provide for floor growing of turkeys up to 20 weeks of age. Safety during growing - 95%. Safety during fattening: Males - 95%, Females - 97%. At the heart of the production process, it was decided to use day-old young birds for growing and fattening in accordance with the recommendations of the supplier of day-old young animals for fattening turkeys, the German company KARTZFEHN. Delivery of day-old turkey poults to the place of rearing is carried out by specialized transport of the manufacturer KARTZFEHN. Production capacity of the poultry farm: Males per 1 cycle – 2613 heads, Females per 1 cycle – 998 heads, TOTAL per year: (2613+998)*2.2 = 7944 heads. Product yield in live weight = 122.9 t/year. Product yield in slaughter weight = 99.4 t/year. The technological solution provides for the cyclical operation of the poultry farm. This technology involves the use of a feeding system using the “everything is busy - everything is free” method. The essence of this method is as follows: day-old young males and females, previously separated by gender, are placed together in a poultry house in the area for raising young animals, where they are kept for up to 4-5 weeks. Then the males are transferred to the fattening area, and the females are distributed over the entire area of the growing area. At the 17th week of fattening, the females are slaughtered, the males are distributed over the entire area of the poultry house. From 18 to 20 weeks, males are slaughtered. After removing the males from the house at 21-23 weeks, the house and technological equipment are cleaned and disinfected. This achieves a poultry house turnover of 2.2 times a year. Main production processes: raising and fattening turkeys; poultry slaughter and processing; ensuring on-site and external technological flow of production; removal of dung-bedding mixture. The cycle of raising and fattening turkeys, in turn, consists of operations; preparing the poultry house for planting; delivery and planting of young animals; keeping and fattening turkeys; sending poultry for slaughter and processing. The poultry farm building is one-story, with a gable roof, with main dimensions (along the axes of the building) in plan 18,0m x 52,5m, with a room height (to the bottom of the load-bearing structures) of 3,0m; with an attached administrative building with dimensions with the main dimensions (along the axes of the building) in plan 5,0 x 10,0 m, with a room height (to the bottom of the supporting structures) 2,92 m. For cleaning household premises, the vestibule of the bathroom is equipped with a tap, a drain and a cabinet for cleaning equipment. The foundations are columnar monolithic reinforced concrete. The load-bearing frame of the building is metal columns and trusses, connections along them. External enclosing structures are three-layer metal sandwich panels with polyurethane foam insulation, 60 mm thick. The plinth is a three-layer reinforced concrete plinth panel with insulation extruded polystyrene foam "Penoplex", type 35, thickness 80mm. The roof is a single-pitch roof made of three-layer metal sandwich panels with polyurethane foam insulation, 80 mm thick. The roof of the auxiliary premises block is single-pitched and made of profiled metal sheet GOST 24045-94. Floors – floor pies provided. Partitions - double moisture-resistant plasterboard on a single metal frame filled with mini-slab - thickness 110 mm, thickness 200 mm, cross-section of the metal frame profile 100x50 mm, strut spacing 300 mm, height 3,1 m. Partitions are connected to load-bearing walls, and with a length of more than 3,0 m - with overlaps. The frame of plasterboard partitions is attached to the main floor and to the ceiling. To ensure independent deformation of the partitions, anti-seismic seams are provided along the vertical end and upper horizontal edges of the partitions and the load-bearing structures of the building. The width of the seams is 20 mm. The seams are filled with elastic elastic material. The partitions are fastened to the supporting structures using connecting elements and anchor bolts. To protect against rodents, the lower sections of the walls and partitions are tightly covered on both sides with galvanized metal mesh with 4x4mm cells to a height of 30cm.
