The project involves the construction of a block of industrial buildings for a dairy farm. The block includes: a building for keeping animals; milking and milk block with utility rooms, other blocks. At the same production site, it is planned to place a hay shed, a feed warehouse, sheds for bedding, and a disinfection barrier. When determining the technological parameters of the designed farm, the following initial data were accepted: input of heifers per 100 cows - 25 heads per year; duration of the intercalving period – 405 days; calving occurs evenly throughout the year; age of first calving - about 25 months; culling of young animals -9%; age of sale of super-repair young stock: 7% – 12 months, the rest of the livestock - 20 months; The duration of keeping bulls on the farm is 15 days. The main production building of MTF is a one-story building, with a gable roof, with the main dimensions (along the axes of the building) of the production premises in plan 25,0 m x 48,0 m, with a room height (to the bottom of the load-bearing structures) of 3,65 m; with a gable roof, with the main dimensions (along the axes of the building) of the milking and milk block in terms of 15,0m x 18,0m, with a room height (to the bottom of the supporting structures) of 3,65m. The planning solution for this building was made in accordance with the technological diagram. The foundations are columnar monolithic reinforced concrete. The load-bearing frame of the building is metal columns and trusses, connections along them. External enclosing structures are three-layer metal sandwich panels with polyurethane foam insulation, 60 mm thick. The plinth is a three-layer reinforced concrete plinth panel with insulation extruded polystyrene foam "Penoplex", type 35, thickness 80mm. The roof is a single-pitch roof made of three-layer metal sandwich panels with polyurethane foam insulation, 80 mm thick. Floors – floor pies provided – see. l.7 79-AR-4.1. Partitions - double moisture-resistant plasterboard on a single metal frame filled with mini-slab - thickness 110mm, thickness 200mm, cross-section of the metal frame profile 100x50mm, strut spacing 300mm, height 3,1m. The partitions are connected to load-bearing walls, and with a length of more than 3,0 m - to ceilings. The frame of plasterboard partitions is attached to the main floor and to the ceiling. To ensure independent deformation of the partitions, anti-seismic seams are provided along the vertical end and upper horizontal edges of the partitions and the load-bearing structures of the building. The width of the seams is 20 mm. The seams are filled with elastic elastic material. The partitions are fastened to the supporting structures using connecting elements and anchor bolts. Type 1 fire partition for categorized premises - sandwich panel partition with mineral wool insulation. To protect against rodents, the lower sections of the walls and partitions are tightly covered on both sides with galvanized metal mesh with 4x4mm cells to a height of 30cm.
