Architectural and space-planning solutions

The general education school is a detached building, complex in plan, with a technical basement, variable number of floors (2-4 floors). The height of the floors is 3,3 m. The height of the technical basement is 2,69 m. The secondary (complete) general education school is intended for teaching students of I, II and III levels of education (from the first to the eleventh grades), with the number of classes - 17 classes (three parallels), the number of students - 415 people . Classes are designed for 20-25 students. The building is designed from two blocks: a 4-storey educational block with an entrance group on the ground floor and a 2-4-storey block of premises, including a dining room for 208 seats with a kitchen, a swimming pool (10,0 x 6,0 m) and two a gym (24,0 x 12,0 m and 9,0 x 18,0 m) with groups of associated rooms, an assembly hall for 250 seats with a stage, a foyer and a group of technological rooms at the hall, a library, a medical center, administrative and service premises . The entrance group of premises includes: a vestibule with a security post, a control room; wardrobes allocated for each class with mesh partitions; 2 staircases, with a width of flights of stairs of 1,35 m; ramp; elevator (capacity 1000 kg with a cabin depth of 2,10 m). Passages from the educational block to the dining room of the canteen, the medical center, and to the changing rooms of the pools are designed through the lobby. The basement floor is designed to accommodate utilities: water metering unit, heating point, cable, pumping and filtering station of the pool, ventilation chambers, other technical rooms and engineering networks. General school premises (dressing rooms, dining room, sports block, including a swimming pool, assembly hall) are connected to the educational part through the lobby on the 1st floor and recreation (foyer) on the 2nd-4th floors. The group of primary school premises (I stage of education - from grades 1 to 4) is functionally separated into a separate block located on floors 1-3, which has a separate wardrobe, classrooms assigned to each class, after-school groups, a rest room for students 1- th classes, a work room, a computer class and a teacher's room. The group of premises of the basic school (second stage of education - from grades 5 to 9) is designed on the 2-3 floors of the educational block and has classrooms assigned to each class. The group of premises of the high school (III level of education - from 10 to 11 grades) is located on the 2-4 floors of the educational block according to the classroom system of education. Training and production workshops are designed on the 1st floor of the educational block of the basic and high schools and on the 2nd floor of the general school block. Laboratories in natural sciences - on the 2nd-4th floors of the educational block of the basic and high schools, club rooms - on the 3rd and 4th floors. Specialized classrooms (foreign language, computer science and computer technology, technical drawing and drawing) are designed on the 4th floor of the educational block. On each floor of the educational block, sanitary facilities are provided for students and teachers, as well as for people with limited mobility. Recreational premises are designed on each floor and are interconnected by corridors, floor-by-floor recreational premises are connected by stairwells that have access directly to the outside and to the lobby of the 1st floor. There are five staircases in the building: three are the main ones (two are located in the educational block, one is at the junction of the educational and general school blocks) and two are evacuation (for exiting the gyms, the assembly hall and other general school premises). Sanitary units for students are provided on each floor, personal hygiene rooms for girls are organized. There are separate bathrooms for teachers, disabled people and technical staff. Exterior finish: facing with porcelain stoneware slabs. Windows and stained-glass windows - with double-glazed windows in all heated rooms; in unheated basement rooms - with single-chamber double-glazed windows. The basement of the building, the main and courtyard facades (up to el. +2,950) are designed with porcelain stoneware cladding, above - facade decoration according to the "ventilated facade" system of porcelain stoneware slabs. The ends of window and door openings, parapet covers are made of galvanized steel with a polymer coating, the handrails of the entrance porches are made of stainless steel.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The level of responsibility of the building is II, normal. The building was designed in monolithic reinforced concrete structures made of class B25 concrete and consists of three structural blocks separated by expansion joints. The structural system of the building is combined. At the basement level - mixed, column-wall, with load-bearing outer walls. The upper floors are designed according to a column system with stiffening diaphragms. The outer walls of the basement are monolithic reinforced concrete 300 mm thick made of concrete class B25, W8, F100. Internal walls - monolithic reinforced concrete 160 mm thick from B25 class concrete. Frame columns - with a section of 400 × 400 mm, the main grid of columns is 4,75 x 7,0 m; 6,0 x 6,0 m; 3,0 x 7,5 m. Ceilings and roofing - monolithic reinforced concrete beamless slabs 200 mm thick. Monolithic reinforced concrete beams with a section of 400 x 400 mm were designed along the outer contour of the building and in the ceiling above the pool to support the walls. The load-bearing structures of the roofs of the assembly and sports halls are designed from glued veneer beams LVL, manufactured in the factory according to the project of a specialized organization. Beams - with a span of 9,0 and 12,0 m - single-pitched, 800 ÷ 1400 mm high. Beams with a span of 17,14 m - with parallel chords, 1700 mm high. The step of the beams is ≈ 4,0 ÷ 6,0 m, the support on the walls and columns is hinged. Covering - from profiled flooring along the purlins of wooden beams with a step of ≈1,0 m. Vertical connections and spacers - from steel round pipes. The overall rigidity and stability of the coating structures is ensured by the rigid fastening of the profiled flooring and the system of ties and braces. The design of the pool bath is made in the form of a monolithic reinforced concrete bowl, based on monolithic walls 300 mm thick. Stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete marches and platforms. The elevator shafts are monolithic reinforced concrete. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of vertical elements united by floor disks. External walls - multi-layer non-bearing, made of solid brick M150, F50-F75 250 mm thick, manufactured by NPO Keramika, insulated from the outside with an effective insulation and hinged facade system. Plinth - with facing with ceramic granite. The connection of the layers and the fastening of the walls to the supporting frame is carried out by flexible connections with an anti-corrosion coating. The calculation of the building is made taking into account the joint work of the foundation and the above-ground part using the LIRA program. The relative elevation of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute elevation of 5,600 m. The foundations are designed on the basis of engineering and geological surveys carried out at the construction site. The foundations of the building are piled. Piles - driven, prefabricated reinforced concrete with a section of 35 x 35 cm, a length of 13,0 and 15,0 m, from concrete of class B25, W6, F100. The design load on the pile was taken based on the results of static sounding and is 65,0 tf. At the base of the tip of the piles there are silty grayish-blue dislocated hard clays (E = 200 kgf/cm2, IL = -0,33, e = 0,534). The expected draft is 1,0 cm. The grillage is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 500 mm thick, made of concrete B 25, W6, F100. The connection of piles with grillage is rigid. Under the grillage, preparation from monolithic concrete of class B7,5 with a thickness of 100 mm is provided. The project provides for the fencing of the school grounds. Fencing elements with a height of 2,0 m are made in steel structures. The fence posts are embedded in the foundation to a depth of 400 mm.
