Space-planning solutions

The architectural and planning solution of the school building is based on the block principle, which ensures the placement of classes and classrooms along the streams of students with the distribution of hall public spaces at the intersections of these streams, as well as combining sports halls into a separate block. This layout provides comfortable operating conditions, including communication with school sites. The school building, consisting of blocks A, B, C, is a 3-storey building with a complex shape, 3,60 m high from floor to ceiling with a basement 2,05 m high (1,75 m to the bottom of the protruding structures) and an attic. On the ground floor there is the main entrance hall of the school with a security room and a lift for MGN. Next to the lobby there is a separate wardrobe with compartments for each class, as well as a medical unit with a doctor's office, treatment room, vaccination room, dentist's office and a bathroom. There is also a dining room and a kitchen adjacent to the lobby. On the 1st floor there are also sleeping quarters for 1st grade students attending an extended day group, designed for 43 people and placed in a separate compartment with their own bathroom and access to the site. Next to the medical block there are rooms for games of the extended day group and a bathroom. Further there are 2 sports halls 9x18m with separate dressing rooms for boys and girls, showers and bathrooms, as well as rooms for trainers. On the second floor in the central part at the intersection of streams there are: an assembly hall for 300 seats with dressing rooms, a pantry, an art workshop and a stage, as well as an administrative block consisting of a reception room, director's office, deputy director's office, teacher's room and office. On the 2nd floor there are also classrooms for 1st and 2nd grades, bathrooms, fire-safe zones for MGN, a playroom for after-school groups, a psychologist's and speech therapist's office and a library with a reading room and storage. On the third one there are: a music and singing room, playrooms for after-school groups, bathrooms, fire-safe zones for MGN and classrooms for 3rd and 4th grades. The height of the above-ground floors of the school building is 3,90 m (from floor to floor of the overlying floor). The height of the sports hall is at least 6,0 m (to the bottom of the protruding structures). There are 4 stairwells evenly distributed in the school building, which have direct access to the street. Through 2 of them there is access to the roof. The project provides for clearly differentiated loading of products and materials, unloading of garbage and waste without crossing flows.

Constructive decisions

Block "A" - a variable number of storeys with a technical underground. Block "B" - 3-storey, with a technical underground and an attic. Block "B" - a variable number of storeys with a technical underground, non-attic. The calculation of the building frame was performed using the calculation scheme built in the calculation complex "Structure Cad" 11.5. The structural scheme of each block: "A", "B", "C" - frame-bonded with connections in the form of walls - stiffness diaphragms. The spatial rigidity of each block ("A", "B", "C") is ensured by the joint work of a monolithic reinforced concrete frame with walls - diaphragms, a reinforced concrete floor disk and a staircase node. For a relative mark of 0,00, the level of the finished floor of the 1st floor was taken, corresponding to the absolute mark of 181,00m. Foundations - slab. Monolithic reinforced concrete slab H=500mm made of concrete B25, W4, F150 with under-columns with plan dimensions 900x900mm, H=300mm. The foundation slab is made according to concrete preparation 8 = 100 mm from concrete B 7,5. Reinforcement of the slab is carried out with separate rods from reinforcement class A500C (GOST R 52544-2006) in two levels. Reinforcing bars are interconnected with a knitting wire 01,2 mm through a step in a checkerboard pattern. The length of the overlap of the rods is 35d with a joint run-out of 1,5 overlap lengths. The spatial rigidity of the slab is created by spatial frames made of reinforcement 012mm A500S (GOST R 52544-2006). Waterproofing of the walls of the technical underground and foundations in contact with the ground, coating - with hot bitumen for 2 times. The external load-bearing walls of the technical underground are monolithic reinforced concrete 8 = 200 mm made of concrete B25, W4, F150, reinforced with individual rods from reinforcement class A500C (GOST R 52544-2006) with a rod spacing of 200x300 mm. The spatial frame is created with staples (studs). Insulation of the walls of the technical underground is carried out by Penoplex-35 TU 5767-00656925804-2007 8 = 50mm to the entire height, above the planned ground mark - finishing with plaster on the grid. Partitions in the technical underground - brick 8 = 120mm KORPO 1NF / 100 / 2.0 / 25 / GOST 530-2012 on cement-sand mortar M-75. Lintels in the technical underground - prefabricated reinforced concrete according to the series 1.038.1-1 v.1. External walls above 0.00 - non-bearing, 2-layer construction: - outer facing layer of face brick KOLPu 1NF / 125 / 1.4 / 100 / GOST530-2012, 8 = 120mm on cement-sand mortar M-100; - the inner layer is made of foam concrete blocks D400 (GOST 25485-89), F0,10 = 35 W / m ° C, F1, concrete class B15 (M-8), 400 = 100 mm on cement-sand mortar M-XNUMX. Two-layer masonry is tied with bonded bricks after 6 rows. In places of dressing, the upper seam of the masonry with a thickness of 15 mm over the entire thickness of the wall is made of a c / p mortar M100, reinforced with the main mesh 04Vr1 -100x100 (galvanized) in accordance with GOST 2327985. The frame is monolithic reinforced concrete: - columns with a section of 400x400mm made of concrete B25, W2, F25 reinforced with longitudinal reinforcement 022 - 028 A500S (GOST R 52544-2006), transverse reinforcement 08 A240 (GOST 5781-82 *). - internal walls-diaphragms - monolithic reinforced concrete 8 = 200 mm made of concrete B25, W2, F25, reinforced with 2 meshes of individual rods. Armature class A500C (GOST R 52544-2006). - Overlappings, coverings - monolithic reinforced concrete 8 = 220mm from concrete B25, W2, F25. Reinforced with separate rebars А500С (GOST R 525442006) in two levels. The intersections of the rods are interconnected with a knitting wire 01,2 mm through a step in a checkerboard pattern. The rigidity of the slab is created with the help of clamps from rebar of class 010 A240 with a step of 600x600mm. Reinforcement joints with an overlap of 35d. - floor beams, coverings - monolithic reinforced concrete made of concrete B25, W2, F25 with dimensions 400x520mm (H), 400x570mm (H) reinforced with longitudinal reinforcement 025 A500S (GOST R 52544-2006), transverse reinforcement 010 A240. - Beams of large-span coverings of blocks "A" and "B" - prefabricated reinforced concrete according to series 1.462.1-10/93, 9 m long (two-section H = 900 mm) and beams according to series 1.462.1-1/88, 12 m long (two-tee section H=900mm). - Slabs of long-span coverings of blocks "A" and "B" - prefabricated reinforced concrete according to series 1.465.1-20, ribbed, 300 mm high, 6 m long. - stairs - marches and platforms - monolithic reinforced concrete made of B25, W2, F25 concrete, reinforced with A500C class fittings (GOST R 52544-2006).
