The basement of the building is faced with ceramic granite tiles, facades - with decorative selected bricks 120 mm thick for jointing. Dining room with an assembly hall. The building of the catering unit is a 2-storey rectangular building in terms of dimensions in the axes 12,0x21,3m. On the first floor there are: a dining room for 30 people, a hot shop, a bathroom, a dispensing room for clean dishes, washing dishes, on the second floor there is an assembly hall and dressing rooms. The plinth is faced with porcelain stoneware, the facades - with decorative selected bricks 120 mm thick for jointing. Sports block with a hall 12,0x24,0m. The building of the gym is a 1-storey rectangular shape in terms of dimensions in the axes 36,45,0x12,0m. hall dimensions - 12,0x24,0m. The height to the bottom of the protruding structures of the gym is 6,22 m. The gym is connected to utility rooms with dimensions in the axes of 12,0x12,0m and a height of 3,0m. The building has a gym, equipment, coaching, dressing room with showers for boys, dressing rooms with showers for girls, bathrooms. The plinth is tiled with "Kabanchik" tiles, the facades of the building are faced with sand-colored facing ceramic bricks. Warm transitions. The transition between the educational building and the catering unit is a 1-storey building of a rectangular shape in terms of dimensions in the axes 6,0x3,0m. The transition between the educational building and the sports block is a 1-storey building with dimensions in the axes of 4,46x3,0m. Clear passage height (floor to ceiling) is 3,0m.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The structures of the buildings are designed taking into account the design seismicity of 9 points for category II site soils in terms of seismic properties. The basis of the foundations are EGE-1 soils - crushed stone soil with loamy aggregate up to 20-30%; EGE-2 - brownish-gray sandstone, medium strength with interlayers of shale. Learning Campus. The base of the foundations is the IGE-2 layer - brownish-yellow hard clay with thin interlayers of fine sand. The constructive scheme of the building is rigid with load-bearing longitudinal walls located according to the scheme 6,4 + 3,0 + 6,4 m and transverse self-supporting walls and frames replacing them, located in increments of 3,3 m, 7,2 m. Foundations - tape from prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs in accordance with GOST 13580-85 and concrete blocks in accordance with GOST 13579-78 *. Walls - from a karmic brick of the M125 brand with a voidness of no more than 25%. Masonry - II category. Partitions - made of M100 brick, reinforced with 2-sided vertical reinforcing meshes in layers of cement-sand mortar of M100 grade 25 mm thick. The openings in the partitions are framed with reinforced concrete elements. External walls are insulated according to the 2.030.1-2s series, followed by cladding with facing bricks. Insulation - mineral wool plates ISOVER OL-E. The ceilings are made of prefabricated reinforced concrete round-hollow slabs according to the series 1.141.1-1.141.1s and 29-XNUMXs. Stairs - from prefabricated reinforced concrete steps on steel stringers. The roof is pitched with a steel corrugated board over a wooden truss system. Dining room with an assembly hall. The structural scheme of the building is mixed, combining elements of a monolithic reinforced concrete frame for the second floor with load-bearing longitudinal walls for the first floor. The frame columns are arranged along the perimeter with a step of 6,0 m. Foundations for frame columns - columnar from monolithic reinforced concrete, for walls - tape from prefabricated reinforced concrete foundation slabs in accordance with GOST 13580-85 and foundation concrete blocks in accordance with GOST 13579-78. The walls are filled with M125 ceramic bricks in accordance with GOST 530-2012, partitions are made with M100 bricks. The walls from the outside are insulated according to the 2.030-2.01 series, followed by cladding with facing bricks. Insulation - basalt pierced mats 60 mm thick according to TU 5769163-004-12881589-03. Partitions are insulated with 2-sided vertical reinforcing meshes in layers of cement-sand mortar grade M100 25 mm thick. The doorways are framed with reinforced concrete elements. Lintels - prefabricated according to the series 1.038.1-1 and from monolithic reinforced concrete. The ceiling above the first floor is made of prefabricated reinforced concrete round-hollow slabs according to series 1.141.1-40s. The pavement consists of steel trusses with a span of 12m, installed at a distance of 6m. The trusses are united into a spatial block by a system of connections in the horizontal plane - along the lower and upper chords of the trusses, in the vertical plane - in the middle in the plane of the ridge racks. The end transverse walls are provided with pediments made of brickwork, reinforced with reinforced concrete elements. A supporting frame made of steel corners is suspended from the lower belts, along which an insulated suspended ceiling is arranged. On the upper chords of the trusses, purlins made of N16 channels with a step of 1,5 m are laid, along which a roofing covering of steel profiled sheets is arranged. Sports block with a hall 12,0x24,0 m. The building consists of two compartments. The constructive scheme of the large compartment is a frame one, consisting of two-story frames around the perimeter and steel roof trusses with a span of 12m, installed with a step of 6m. The frame consists of columns spaced along the perimeter with a step of 6,0 m, and crossbar belts in two levels. Cover trusses, bracing system, end pediments, foundations, walls, false ceiling are made in the same way as described above for a catering unit with an assembly hall. The design scheme of the small compartment is mixed, combining a monolithic reinforced concrete frame along the axis adjacent to the hall with load-bearing walls along the remaining axes. Foundations, walls, partitions, roofing are made similarly to those given above for the educational building. Overlapping - from monolithic reinforced concrete 150 mm thick.
