General information.

The project provides for the construction of an object of secondary general education with a capacity of 1100 places. A general educational institution carries out the educational process in accordance with the educational program of the first, second and third stages of general education (from 1st to 11th grade). The designed building is a 1,2, 3,4 storey building of complex shape. The building provides for the main central entrance with a vestibule, dressing rooms for outerwear for the primary and senior schools and teaching staff. The elementary school is allocated in a separate block with a separate entrance and dressing rooms. Entrances to the building for people with limited mobility moving in a wheelchair are equipped with ramps. A separate entrance is provided for all groups of MGN, with the exception of those moving in a wheelchair. To provide transport services, a circular passage with a width of at least 4,2 m, with two entrances and exits, is provided on the territory of the site. The lanes are designed for use by fire trucks. On the territory of the site there are two swing-type gates, with a clear width of at least 1 m. The pitched roof provides for the installation of a cable anti-icing system. In the drainage system of a flat roof, internal drainage and overflow (parapet) funnels with heating are used. In accordance with the design assignment, on the territory of the land plot, it is planned to erect a 2-4-storey school building with a basement for 1110 students. The degree of fire resistance of the building is I. The class of constructive fire hazard is C0. Functional fire hazard class - F4.1 and F1.1. The level of responsibility is normal. The structural scheme of the designed building is frame-wall. The building is W-shaped, symmetrical, consisting of 2-4-storey blocks, without an attic. The blocks are separated by a 50 mm expansion joint. Block size: Block 1 - 48.55x57.9 m; Block 2 - 36.4x51.6 m; Block 3 - 53.95x40.95m; - Block 4 - 53.95x16.9 m. Dimensions of the building in axes A-U - 57,9 m in axes 1-27 - 139,0 m. The maximum height of the building from the planning ground level to the top of the parapet is 20,20 m. have a flat roof. The rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of monolithic walls, columns and ceilings. For large-span pavements (blocks 2, 3), steel trusses with a span of 18,0 m are made with a monolithic reinforced concrete pavement along a profiled sheet and steel purlins, creating a hard disk pavement. Reinforcement of all monolithic structures is provided by reinforcement of class A240 and A500C. Reinforcement of all monolithic structures was performed according to the results of calculations in the SCAD Office 21 software package license No. 13493 in the elastic stage. The calculation of the frame is made together with the base. The connection of walls and columns with ceilings and foundations is assumed to be rigid.
