General information.

The object is a 3/4-storey building of a general education school with a technical floor, with overall dimensions in the axes 115,30x90,15m. Building responsibility level -2. The degree of fire resistance is I. The class of constructive fire hazard of the building is C0. The number of students in the school is 1500 people. All students will study in one shift. Each class has 25 people. Number of students in elementary school (stage I, grades 1-4) - 500 students (25 students x 4 classes x 5 parallels); the number of students in the basic and high school (grades 5-11) - 1000 students, incl. the number of students in the basic school (stage II, grades 5-9) - 750 students (25 students x 4 classes x 6 parallels); the number of students in high school (stage III, grades 10-11) - 250 students (25 students x grade 2 x 5 parallels). One-time capacity of school-wide premises: assembly hall - 500 seats (additional 5 seats for MGN); library and information center: a reading room for 500 seats with seats for MGN and an IT zone for 45 seats; dining room - 750 seats (additional 5 seats for MGN). The design documentation was developed on the basis of the terms of reference. The projected school is divided by a fire wall into two compartments of different heights in 3 and 4 ground floors. Each compartment has an underground - technical floor with space for laying engineering communications. The space-planning solution of the school building is made in the form of a system of blocks. For the relative mark of 0.000 of the school building, the level of the finished floor of the first floor was taken, which corresponds to the absolute mark of 147.80. The constructive scheme of the building (except for the block of the reading room and the roof of the assembly hall) is a monolithic reinforced concrete frame with flat floor and roof slabs. The load-bearing structures of the roof of the assembly hall are welded steel beams. The spatial rigidity of the monolithic frame of the building is ensured by monolithic shafts of stair and elevator units, walls of the technical underground, interconnected by reinforced concrete monolithic floor and roof slabs, as well as rigid embedding of columns in foundations. The main scheme of floor slabs and roofings is ribbed and flat with capitals and strapping beams along the perimeter of the building, the interface with load-bearing monolithic walls between floors is hinged, at the level of the roofing - according to a rigid type. Support nodes of monolithic beams on columns along the perimeter of the assembly hall and atrium space are of the frame type. Bases of steel columns - rigid type. The support of steel beams on columns is articulated. The spatial rigidity of the building is provided by a system of vertical and horizontal ties and struts. The foundation of the building is monolithic reinforced concrete. plates. The span of load-bearing structures in the sports hall on the ground floor is 18,4 m, in the sports hall on the 2nd floor - 12,4 m, in the assembly hall - 24,45 m. The height of the above-ground floors from floor to floor is 4,2 m. The outer walls of the building are load-bearing and non-bearing with the use of a hinged facade system with an air gap. The inner layer of load-bearing outer walls with a thickness of 200 mm (staircase walls) is made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The inner layer 400 mm thick is made of blocks of cellular concrete II/600*400*250/D500/B2,5/F25 GOST 31360-2007 on cement-sand mortar M75.
