General information.

School capacity - 1500 places, 60 classes-sets. The planned educational institution ensures the implementation of the general educational process in accordance with the programs of 3 levels of education: Stage I - primary general education: from 1st to 4th grades - 500 students, 20 classes (5 parallels); Stage II - basic general education: from the 5th to the 9th grades - 750 students, 30 grades (6 parallels); Stage III - complete general education: from the 10th to the 11th grades - 250 students, 10 grades (5 parallels). The number of students in all classes is 25 students. For the relative mark of 0,000, the level of the finished floor of the 1st floor was taken, which corresponds to the absolute mark of 107,10. The height of the building from the conditional mark of 0,000 to the top of the parapet in the central part is 19,61 m, the right and left parts of the building are 16,01 m. The height of the building (fire-technical) is determined by the difference between the marks of the top of the operated roof and the passage surface, and is equal to 15,5 m. Height of floors 1-4 - 3,6 m, height of classrooms from floor to ceiling - 3,3 m, corridors equipped with suspended ceilings - at least 2,6 m, height of sports halls to the bottom of protruding structures - 7 m, height 5 floors (from floor to ceiling) - 3,3 m, basement height - 2,3 m (from floor to ceiling), height of the technical underground - 1,72 m (from floor to ceiling). The purpose and number of the main and accompanying groups of premises are determined by the project on the basis of the design assignment, in accordance with the technological features of the functioning of this type of structure and the requirements of regulatory documents. The composition of the administrative, service and amenity premises was adopted in accordance with the staffing table and the accepted organization of work. In the basement at the level of -2,700 there are engineering and technical premises: ventilation chambers, an individual heating point, electrical panel rooms, a VK room, a pump room; storage room for fluorescent lamps; server and technical underground. Ventilation equipment is located on the roof of the building. Exits to the roof are provided from the stairwells. There are two types of exits to the roof for the right and left four-storey blocks: 1. Through fire hatches of the 2nd type with a size of 0,6x0,8 m along fixed steel ladders (stairs in the axes 5-6 and V / 1-D / 1; 54-55 and V / 2-D / 2), according to clause 7.7. SP 4.13130.2013. 2. By stairs H2, which have direct access to the roof through a fire door of the second type. The central part of the building has a variable number of storeys. Access to the roof of the two-story part is provided in the ladder L1 in the axes Ш-Э / 22-25 through a type 2 fire hatch measuring 0,6x0,8 meters along a fixed steel ladder. In the five-story part of the building there are 2 H2 stairs leading to the roof. Vertical connection between floors above el. 0,000 is carried out on four staircases of type H2 and one staircase of type L1. The vertical connection between the basement and the first floor is carried out through a separate technological staircase, the entrance to which from the basement floor is through a fire door of the second type, in accordance with clause XNUMX. 4.18 SP 4.13130.2013. The basement floor of the building and the technical underground have exits directly to the outside through separate stairs. The school building is equipped with two OTIS elevators Q=630 kg, V=1,0 m/s with a cabin 1100x2100x2100 mm without engine room.
