General information.

The designed facility is a secondary school building for 1000 students, consisting of two blocks: The educational building has 3 floors for conducting classes and a basement where technical and auxiliary rooms are located. The capacity of the educational institution is 1000 students. On the 1st, 2nd, 3rd floors of the educational building, there are classrooms, offices, workshops, a dining hall, an assembly hall, a library, teachers' rooms, the school director's office, a wardrobe for students of the 1st stage of education, bathrooms and utility rooms. Technical rooms are located in the basement. Functional purpose - an institution implementing programs of primary general, basic general and secondary (complete) general education and carrying out the educational process in accordance with the levels of general education programs of the three levels of general education: Stage I - primary general education; II level - basic general education; III stage - secondary (complete) general education. Extended day groups are not included in the design assignment. The physical education and health complex (FRC) is two-story and has a complex geometric shape. The functional purpose of the building is a sports facility for a general education institution. Tribunes and seats for spectators are not provided. Space-planning solutions are made in accordance with the requirements of current regulatory documents.

Constructive decisions.

The structural design of the building is frame, based on the type of vertical load-bearing structures - column-wall. The load-bearing structural diagram of a building consists of a foundation, vertical load-bearing elements resting on it (columns and walls and pylons) and combining them into a single spatial system of horizontal elements (floor slabs, coverings and strapping beams). The foundations for the columns are free-standing monolithic reinforced concrete. Multi-stage slab part made of concrete B25 W6 F150 in accordance with GOST 26633-2015. Reinforcement of the base of monolithic foundations is carried out with meshes of A500S reinforcement in accordance with STO ASChM 7-93. The dimensions and reinforcement of the foundations are determined by calculation. To embed columns in the foundations, reinforcement outlets are provided, the diameter of which corresponds to the diameter of the main reinforcement of the columns. The outlets are connected by clamps made of reinforcement 08A240 in accordance with GOST 5781-82*. The foundations for the walls were sagging - strip monolithic reinforced concrete with a thickness of 300 and 400 mm of variable width. The dimensions of the sole are determined based on the condition of sufficient strength and rigidity of the foundation. Concrete structure B25 W6 F150 according to GOST 26633-2015. Reinforcement with two meshes of A500S reinforcement according to STO ASChM 7-93. Transverse structural reinforcement - 06A240 according to GOST 5781-82*. Under the basement walls, the foundations provide outlets from reinforcement 012А500С according to STO ASChM 7-93, which corresponds to the diameter of the main reinforcement of the basement walls. The foundations for the staircases are solid slab reinforced concrete 400 mm thick made of B25 W6 F150 concrete in accordance with GOST 26633-2015. Reinforcement with two meshes of A500S reinforcement according to STO ASChM 7-93. Transverse structural reinforcement - 06A240 according to GOST 5781-82*. Under the basement walls, the slabs are provided with outlets from reinforcement 012А500С according to STO ASChM 7-93, which corresponds to the diameter of the main reinforcement of the basement walls. Under all foundations, preparation is made of B7,5 concrete in accordance with GOST 26633-2015. The thickness of the protective layer of concrete for working reinforcement is taken to be at least 40 mm. The external walls were made of monolithic reinforced concrete with thicknesses of 250 mm, 300 mm and 400 mm. Internal walls are 250 mm and 200 mm thick. Concrete structure B25 W6 F150 according to GOST 266332015. The walls are reinforced with flat frames with longitudinal reinforcement 012А500С according to STO ASChM 7-93 and transverse reinforcement 010А500С according to STO ASChM 7-93 with a pitch of 400 mm. Connecting horizontal reinforcement 012A500S according to STO ASChM 7-93 with a pitch of 200 mm. The thickness of the protective layer of concrete or working reinforcement of wall structures in contact with the ground is accepted to be at least 40 mm. Vertical waterproofing of structures in contact with the ground is carried out by coating with hot bitumen in 2 times. The basement walls in the ground are insulated with extruded polystyrene foam "Penoplex Foundation" TU 5767-006-54349294-2014 with a thickness of 100 mm to the depth of soil freezing. Above the ground - mineral wool insulation of the Ventilated Facade with a thermal conductivity coefficient of 0,042 W/m C (flammability group NG) with a thickness of 100 mm. Columns of square section 400x400 mm and 500x500 mm, rectangular section 400x800 mm monolithic reinforced concrete from concrete B25 W4 F150 in accordance with GOST 26633-2015 with reinforcement with individual rods from A500S reinforcement in accordance with STO ASChM 7-93. Transverse reinforcement in the form of clamps made of rods 08A240 in accordance with GOST 5781-82* with a step of 200 mm in height. The distance from the axis of the working reinforcement to the concrete edge is 50 mm. Rectangular pylons 250x900 mm and 250x1200 mm monolithic reinforced concrete made of concrete B25 W4 F150 in accordance with GOST 26633-2015 with reinforcement with flat frames with longitudinal reinforcement A500S in accordance with STO ASChM 7-93 and transverse reinforcement 010A500S in accordance with STO ASChM 7-93 with a step of no more 200 mm. The walls are reinforced with flat frames with longitudinal reinforcement 012А500С according to STO ASChM 7-93 and transverse reinforcement 010А500С according to STO ASChM 793 with a pitch of 400 mm. Connecting horizontal reinforcement 012A500S according to STO ASChM 7-93 with a pitch of 200 mm. The distance from the reinforcement axis to the concrete edge is 45 mm. Monolithic reinforced concrete strapping beams 5 mm wide, 400 mm, 600 mm and 550 mm high, made of B440 W25 F4 concrete. Reinforcement is taken with rods from A500S reinforcement according to STO ASChM 7-93 according to calculations. The distance from the reinforcement axis to the concrete edge is 50 mm. Monolithic reinforced concrete floor slabs (beamless with capitals) 250 mm thick made of concrete B25 W4 F150 in accordance with GOST 26633-2015. Longitudinal reinforcement with bars made of A500S reinforcement according to STO ASChM 7-93 in two directions, located at the bottom and top edges of the slab, as well as (according to calculation) with transverse reinforcement located at columns, walls and along the surface of the slab. The distance from the reinforcement axis to the concrete edge is 35 mm. Insulation of the basement slab - lining from below with non-flammable mineral wool slabs (NG) with a thermal conductivity coefficient X <0,042 W/m°C, 150 mm thick. Insulation of the slab above the passage - lining from below with non-flammable mineral wool slabs (NG) with a thermal conductivity coefficient X <0,042 W/m°C, 250 mm thick with metal siding on the frame (NG). Covering - “Extra” roofing system consisting of: monolithic reinforced concrete slab 250 mm thick made of B25 W4 F150 concrete in accordance with GOST 26633-2015. Longitudinal reinforcement with rods made of A500S reinforcement according to STO ASChM 7-93 in two directions, located at the lower and upper edges of the slab, as well as (according to the calculation) with transverse reinforcement located at columns, walls and along the surface of the slab. The distance from the reinforcement axis to the concrete edge is 45 mm. The purlins secure the upper chords of the trusses every 3 m. The cross-section of the purlins is a bent closed welded profile of rectangular section 240x160x10 in accordance with GOST 30245-2003. The given thickness is 9,585 mm. To ensure a fire resistance limit of at least 30 minutes, fire retardant paint “Nertex” for metal structures is applied to the purlins with a dry layer thickness of 0,78 mm and a composition consumption of 0,72 kg/m2 (excluding losses), applied to anti-corrosion primer grade GF-021 with a thickness dry layer 50 microns, with top enamel “ХВ-1003”, thickness 50 microns. The overcolumns are metal made of I-beams 30K2 according to STO ASChM 20-93. The given thickness is 6,848 mm. To ensure a fire resistance limit of at least 120 minutes, fire-retardant paint “Nertex” for metal structures is applied to the columns above, with a dry layer thickness of 2,49 mm and a composition consumption of 3,76 kg/m2 (excluding losses), applied to anti-corrosion primer grade GF-021 dry layer thickness 50 microns, with top enamel “ХВ-1003”, thickness 50 microns. Truss connections: vertical connections - bent closed welded profile with square section 100x3 in accordance with GOST 30245-2003. The given metal thickness is 2,927 mm; connections along the upper chords of the trusses - from corners No. 75x6 in accordance with GOST 8509-93. The given metal thickness is 2,989 mm. The filling of window openings and stained glass windows is made of PVC profiles with double-glazed windows in accordance with GOST 23166-99 and GOST 30674-99, with tilt-and-turn adjustable opening.
