The designed school building for 1000 students is a three-story volume with a technical underground, consisting of four blocks separated by anti-seismic joints. The height of the floor between the floor marks is 4,5 m. The branching of the building in the plan makes it possible to better organize the functional zoning of the school. The central block “A” performs mainly a distribution function. Here is the main entrance lobby and floor foyers, illuminated by overhead light using a lantern. In the same block, on the ground floor there is the director’s office and the teachers’ room, and on the third floor there is a library. The rest of the space is occupied by classrooms. The first floor of block "B" is occupied by a dining room with a dining room for 412 seats. The second and third floors contain a double-height assembly hall with 428 seats. Side block “B” consists of two parts separated by anti-seismic seams. One of the parts is a gymnasium block with a height of 6 m to the bottom of the roof beams. Total space with overall dimensions 24.5 * 21 m. The second part of block “B” is occupied by educational premises and workshops for wood and metal work on the first floor. Side block "G" is designed as a separate block for primary school classes with a separate gym and library. In addition, part of the first floor is occupied by circle rooms. The designed 3-4-storey school building for 900 places with a preschool for 150 places consists of one section. The height of the building from the level of the fire passage to the level of the window sill of the upper floor of the school is 12,7 m, to the level of the window sill of the upper floor of the preschool educational institution - 8,8 m. The number of floors is designed - school 4, preschool educational institution - 3 floors. Under the entire building, a technical space with a clear height of 1,75 m is designed. The school block is designed for 900 students (grades 1-11). Stage I - primary general education (grades 1-4); Stage II - basic general education (grades 5-9); III stage - secondary (complete) general education (grades 10-11). Organizational and pedagogical structure - the ratio of parallel classes I, II, III. Levels of general education: 1) 1-4 grades: 12 classes of 25 students - 12x25 = 300 students 2) 5-9 grades: 18 classes of 25 students - 18x25 = 450 students 3) 10-11 grades: 6 classes of 25 students -6x25=150 students The class size is 25 students. The staff is 106 people. The capacity of the designed school building is designed for training in only one shift. The number of MGN groups M1-M4 is assumed to be 4% of the school capacity (1 person in a class, 36 people in a school). The number of disabled people - wheelchair users - is 25% of the total number of people - 9 people. The preschool block is designed for 150 children. Group of children 1,5-3 years old – 2x15 people. Group of children 3-4 years old – 2x20 people. Group of children 4-5 years old – 2x20 people. Group of children 5-6 years old - 1x20 people. Group of children 6-7 years old – 1x20 people. The staff of the preschool educational institution is 37 people. The number of MGN groups M1-M4 is assumed to be 4% of the capacity of the preschool - 6 people. The number of wheelchair users is assumed to be 25% of the total number of MGNs - 2 people. Organized collection of waste from school and preschool premises is carried out on the territory of the preschool educational institution in accordance with SanPiN; a waste chute is not designed inside the buildings.
