General information.

The school building has a complex plan with a courtyard. The building dimensions in axes "A" - "PP" are 97,9 m. The building dimensions in axes "1" - "47" are 128,145 m. The space-planning structure of the building consists of four school blocks: block A in axes "1" - "12", "A" - "BB"; block B in axes "12" - "45", "B" - "W"; block B in the axes "37" - "47", "W" - "EE"; block G in the axes "7" - "36", "BB" - "RR". School capacity - 1000 seats,: I - level of training - 400 places; II - level of training - 500 places; III - level of training - 100 places. The ratio of parallel classes of schools of I, II and III degrees of training: I - level of training - 4; II - level of training - 4; III - stage of training - 2. The structural design of the building is frame-monolithic. The foundations are monolithic foundation slabs 600 mm thick. The base for the foundations is local loamy replacement soil with specified characteristics. Under the foundation slabs, concrete preparation is made 100 mm thick. Load-bearing frame consists of columns with a section of 600x600, 500x500, 400x400mm; basement walls with a thickness of 300mm; diaphragms and stiffening cores with a thickness of 200mm; monolithic floor and covering disks with a thickness of 220 and 100mm; floor beams with a section of 500x1100h, 300x300h at elevation +7,270; + 600x1900h, 300x300h ( in axes 1-6/A-K at elevation +16,170), 600x1200h, 300x300h (in axes 1-6/T-BB at elevation +12,820 and +17,120); 400x600h (d axes 5-6/A-E at elevation +0,020). Stairs are made monolithic. The coupling of monolithic reinforced concrete columns and walls with monolithic reinforced concrete floor slabs is modeled rigidly with a combination of linear and angular movements. The calculation of the monolithic reinforced concrete frame was carried out using the Lyra-SAPR software package for Windows (see calculations, separate stitching). The building is modeled with finite elements and calculated as a spatial structure. The project was developed in accordance with SP 22.13330.2016, SP 20.13330.2016, SP 63.13330.2012, SP 52-101-2003, SP 52-103-2007. Standard value of uniformly distributed constant loads taken in the calculations: floors: 60 - 1350 kg/m2 (depending on the type of floor); walls: 650 - 2100 kg/m2 (depending on the type of wall and floor height); partitions: 650 - 3180 kg/m2 (depending on the type of partition and floor height). Standard value of uniformly distributed temporary loads adopted in the calculations: standard load in classrooms, offices, public spaces - 200 kg/m²; standard load in the machine room – 600 kg/m²; standard load in the stage area – 500 kg/m²; standard load in the gym and library – 400 kg/m²; temporary standard load on stairs, corridors and foyers is 300 kg/m². temporary standard load on an unused roof is 70 kg/m².
