General information.

The designed facility is an educational building of variable number of floors (1,2,3, XNUMX, XNUMX floors) of a complex configuration in plan with classrooms, a gym, a catering unit and a dining room, with an assembly hall, a library, etc. The design solution for the school building revealed the possibility on the allocated site to place not only the school building, all open areas: sports, play areas, for special events, utility areas, but also including a gas boiler room and a pumping station with fencing. The school building project has a fenced area with a driveway, sidewalks and paths. Within the boundaries of the allocated land plot, landscaping, landscaping and lighting at night were carried out. On an additional plot of land within walking distance there is a basketball court. The school building for 900 students has a complex shape in plan, has a total axial size of 105,00m x 88,53m (block “A” - 105,00m x 43,45m; block “B” - 72,80m x 45,18m ). A building of variable number of storeys (1, 2, 3 floors) with a basement and a cold attic of a rafter roof, brick with expansion joints. The roof is pitched on wooden rafters with external organized drainage, covered with metal tiles. The roof over the sports and assembly halls is pitched on metal trusses and purlins with external organized drainage, covered with roofing sandwich panels. Block A is designed to accommodate senior, middle and junior classrooms. In block “A” there are: on the 1st floor - wardrobes for outerwear of senior and junior classes, a first-aid post, a workshop for processing fabrics (home economics), classrooms for grades 1,2,5, 6, XNUMX and XNUMX, a computer science room with a laboratory assistant, offices for the deputy. director, head teacher and caretaker, server room and electrical room. On the 2nd floor there are classrooms for grades 2, 3,6,7,8, XNUMX, XNUMX, XNUMX, chemistry classrooms, physics classrooms with laboratory assistants, a foreign language classroom, a language laboratory with a laboratory assistant, a museum room, a psychologist’s office, teachers’ rooms for junior and senior classes, an office for additional classes.
