General information.

A school for 1000 places (item 1) - the designed building has a variable number of storeys (3-4 floors) with a basement and ground floor, has a complex configuration with axial dimensions of 128,1x97,9 m. The building of the designed general education organization is free-standing, located in a low-rise residential area, represents a single fire-fighting compartment and is divided functionally into four blocks: block A - elementary school, block B - middle and high school, administrative premises, block B - middle and high school , medical premises, block G - dining room, kitchen block using raw materials, premises for physical education and health improvement. All four blocks are connected in a complex building configuration in plan with the organization of a courtyard. Block “A” is part of a building 4 floors high, 64,60 x 28,60 m in axial size, L-shaped in plan. There is a basement under the entire building. The technical rooms of the school building are located in the basement. The basement is divided into two technical parts, the doors between them are fireproof certified EI30. Each part has access to the street and two pits with a window 0,9x1,2(C) m. The 1st-3rd floors of Block A are intended to accommodate primary school premises (grades I - IV). The primary school is designed for 16 classes of 25 students (400 students). Each floor has a bathroom for MGN. The block has two staircases connecting all floors, with direct access to the street. The staircase in axes 7-8/U-Zh is designed as H2 type with air support. The primary school educational block has a convenient connection through a transition gallery on the second floor with a group of general school premises (with a dining room, an auditorium, a physical education and sports complex, medical premises, etc.). A “cold attic” is designed above block A. A second exit to the site is provided for the primary school block. Block “B” is part of a building 4 floors high, 31,69 x 41,19 m in axial size, trapezoidal in plan. There is a basement under the entire building. The technical rooms of the school building are located in the basement. The basement is divided into two technical parts, the doors between them are fireproof certified EI30. Each part has access to the street and two pits with a window 0,9x1,2(C) m. The 1st-3rd floors of Block B are intended to accommodate middle and high school premises. The 4th floor is intended for library premises, computer science and computer science classrooms. The middle and high school is designed for 24 classes of 25 students (600 students). The educational block has a convenient connection through a transition gallery on the second floor with a group of general school premises (with a dining room, an auditorium, with a physical education and sports complex, with medical premises, etc.). Block “B” is part of a building with 4 floors, axial dimensions 79,15 x 36,60 m, L-shaped in plan. There is a basement under the entire building. The technical rooms of the school building are located in the basement. The basement is divided into two technical parts, the doors between them are fireproof certified EI30. Each part has access to the street and at least two pits. On the ground floor of block B, classrooms for middle and high schools (home economics, mathematics), a medical block (doctor’s offices, vaccination, treatment room), a psychologist’s office, and utility rooms are designed.
