General information.

The functional purpose of the facility is a secondary school. The designed object is a school building, consisting of three blocks of variable number of storeys (1st block - 4 floors, 2nd block - 3, 4 floors; 3rd block - 3 floors) and a 2-storey sports and fitness block (block 4) connected to the main building through a warm transition at the 2nd floor level with block 1. The school building (blocks 1,2,3) – I degree of fire resistance. Structural fire hazard class – C0, functional fire hazard class – F.4.1. The building of the sports and recreation block (block 4) – II degree of fire resistance, Structural fire hazard class – C0, functional fire hazard class – F.3.6. Planning solutions provide the opportunity to conduct classes in accordance with the standard curriculum of a comprehensive school. Architectural and planning solutions for buildings provide: - allocation of primary school classrooms into a separate block; - location of recreational premises in close proximity to educational premises; - placement on the upper floors (above the third floor) of educational premises and offices visited by students in grades 8 - 11, administrative and utility rooms; - exclude the harmful effects of environmental factors in a general educational institution on the life and health of students, incl. correct lighting and arrangement of student seats relative to the cardinal directions are organized, measures are taken to reduce external noise exposure, and an optimal microclimate of the premises is provided. 1 unit. The building is four-story with a technical underground, L-shaped in plan, dimensions in the axes 74,85x47x52 m, brick (ceramic porous stone KM-r 2,1NF on cement-sand mortar grade 100 - load-bearing and external walls, 510 mm thick, internal partitions 120 mm thick , in wet rooms - 120 mm - ceramic solid brick of grade 125 on cement-sand mortar of grade 100) with a longitudinal-transverse arrangement of load-bearing walls. The foundations are reinforced concrete piles with a reinforced concrete monolithic grillage. Floors – reinforced concrete slabs, monolithic sections. The roof is flat combined. The project provides for insulation (insulation - TECHNOVENT mineral wool slabs, 120 mm thick) of external walls with subsequent finishing with a ventilated facade made of ceramic granite. It is interlocked with block 2 through an expansion joint. Vertical transport is provided by staircases located in the axes: 1/1-2/1, E/1-F/1; 5/1-6/1, V/1-G/1; 9/1-10/1, V/1-G/1, by a passenger elevator located in axes 4/1, B/1. Stairs - reinforced concrete steps on metal stringers. It is connected to block 4 (sports block) through a warm passage on the 2nd floor. 2 unit. Building of variable number of storeys in axes 3/2-12/2; A/2-N/2 - four-story, in axes ½-6/2; B/2, M/2 – three-story. The building has a technical underground, in which a heating unit, a heat metering unit, and an electrical panel are located. The building is rectangular in plan, dimensions in axes 45,21x40,80 m, framed from prefabricated reinforced concrete elements (columns, crossbars), brick (ceramic porous stone KM-r 2,1NF on cement-sand mortar grade 100 - load-bearing and external walls, 510 mm thick, internal partitions 120 mm thick, in wet rooms - 120 mm - ceramic solid brick of grade 125 on cement-sand mortar of grade 100) with a longitudinal-transverse arrangement of load-bearing walls. The foundations are reinforced concrete piles with a reinforced concrete monolithic grillage. The floors are monolithic reinforced concrete. The roof is flat combined. Sports hall 21x40,5 m - in a metal frame (columns) with load-bearing and self-supporting brick walls. The foundations are reinforced concrete piles with a reinforced concrete monolithic grillage. Floors – reinforced concrete slabs, monolithic sections. The covering over the gym is reinforced concrete on a profiled sheet laid along purlins on trusses. The roof is flat combined. The project provides for insulation (insulation - Technofas mineral wool slabs, 120 mm thick) of external walls with subsequent finishing with a ventilated facade made of ceramic granite. Connects to block 1 via a warm passage on the 2nd floor. Vertical transport is provided by staircases located in axes: 1-2; I-E/1, 3-4;A-B/1, 7-8; I/1-K.
