General information.

 The existing school building is two-story, without a basement, with external and internal load-bearing brick walls. In plan, the school building has a complex shape, consisting of three blocked sections with dimensions along the axes: section 1 – 15,8x18,7 m; section 2 - 25,0x23,9 m; section 3 – 15,2x36,85 m. In the project, the alignment axes are assigned conditionally. According to the structural design, the building is frameless with load-bearing external and internal walls. The material of the load-bearing walls is brick, the thickness of the external walls is 640 mm, the internal load-bearing walls are 380 mm. The floors are prefabricated reinforced concrete from hollow-core reinforced concrete floor slabs. The foundation for the load-bearing walls is strip reinforced concrete. The depth of the foundation into the ground is 2,0 m. The entrance groups are made in the form of concrete porches. There is a canopy over the main entrance. The roof is an attic with wooden rafter structures. In terms of insulation, the project provides for insulation of external walls with facade systems with an air gap. A suspended ventilated façade VF MP TS 4340-14 TU 5285-002-37144780-2012 with metal siding cladding is being built. Technovent Optima γ = 90 kg/m³ according to TU5762-010-74182181-2012 with a total thickness of 120 mm is used as insulation. The insulation of the base is carried out with a layer of Penoplex mineral wool boards according to TU5767-006-54349294-2014, followed by lining with corrugated sheets coated with polyester C8 -1150-0,7 ,24045 GOST 2016-8. The gables are faced with corrugated sheeting coated with polyester C1150-0,7-24045 GOST 2016-20. The lining of the cornices should be done with corrugated sheeting coated with polyester C1100-0,5-24045 GOST 2016-XNUMX.
