Architectural and space-planning solutions

The existing gymnasium building consists of a 2-storey block, a 4-storey block and a 2-storey block, which is a transition between them. The building is panel, with a basement, built in 1977 according to a standard project of the 2C-02-9 series. The main entrance of the building is oriented towards Ispytateley Avenue. The height of the floors is 3,30 m, the height of the basement rooms is 2,23 and 2,38 m. the documentation provides for a comprehensive overhaul of the school building with the preservation of dimensions and purpose, with the elimination of physical and obsolescence. The estimated capacity of the gymnasium is 4 people. The project documentation provides for: partial redevelopment of the premises with the dismantling of existing and the construction of new partitions; laying of existing and arrangement of new openings; the installation of a new staircase with a canopy and a ramp for the MGN in front of the main entrance and new porches with canopies, the installation of normative emergency exits, a new internal staircase to connect the dining room with the service premises in the basement; insulation of facades with mineral wool boards. Front finish - plaster with subsequent painting, on 2-storey blocks - (partially) ventilated facade with ceramic granite tiles; plinth facing with porcelain stoneware; arrangement of a brick decorative cornice of the building; dismantling of the existing slab in the operated part of the basement and deepening of the entire basement to the levels of minus 2,450 and minus 2,550; replacement of wooden window blocks with metal-plastic ones; replacement of external doors with metal insulated ones. The basement provides for the placement of technical premises: ITP, water metering unit, ventilation chamber, collector, as well as household and auxiliary premises for the dining room. In the rest of the premises, only the laying of engineering networks is provided. The entrances to the basement are designed to be separate from the above-ground floors. There are windows for smoke extraction in the basement. On the ground floor, the following are designed: a lobby with wardrobes for students and employees, a catering unit with the necessary set of premises and a dining room; gym with dressing rooms and showers; study rooms; telecommunications room. On the second floor are designed: classrooms with recreation areas; doctor's office; administrative premises; assembly hall with artistic dressing rooms. On the third floor are designed: classrooms with recreation areas; administrative premises. On the fourth floor are designed: classrooms with recreation areas; library with book depository. On each floor there are rooms for cleaning equipment, utility pantries and bathrooms. Vertical communication between floors is provided by three existing staircases and one newly attached staircase. Interior finishing of walls and staircases, flooring are designed with certified materials that have sanitary and fire certificates, and taking into account the purpose of the premises. Ceilings - suspended type ARMSTRONG in classrooms, assembly hall, administrative premises and metal rack - in bathrooms and locker rooms with showers. Roof - rolled. The cover is flat. Drain - outdoor organized. Measures to ensure the life of disabled people are provided in accordance with regulatory requirements and on the basis of a design assignment.

 Structural and space-planning solutions

The structural scheme of the building is a reinforced concrete frame with self-supporting walls made of expanded clay concrete panels. The spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by the joint work of the frame, stiffening diaphragms, floor disks and self-supporting wall panels. The foundations for the racks of the frames are monolithic reinforced concrete glass type. The frame of the building is prefabricated reinforced concrete two-span one-story frames, installed with a step of 3,0 m. Reinforced concrete columns are installed on the outer racks of the frames. The walls are self-supporting from expanded clay concrete panels 1 mm thick. Ceilings - prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs 8-1 mm thick. Coating: The coating of the building, except for the coating over the sports and assembly halls, is prefabricated reinforced concrete ribbed flooring. The sports and assembly halls are covered with prefabricated reinforced concrete vaulted shell panels of the KZhS type with dimensions of 19x25 m. The roof is rolled with an organized drain. Stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete marches and platforms. Porch of the main entrance - five independent reinforced concrete columns on columnar reinforced concrete foundations. Floor slabs and coatings - prefabricated reinforced concrete. Stairs - reinforced concrete, flat steps along the supporting walls. The porches at the axis 15 and P are made of precast concrete slabs and steps along reinforced concrete prefabricated walls. The report on the results of the inspection of the building structures of the school building has been completed. A survey of the foundations with a fragment of the pits found that the foundations are in working condition. The strength of concrete foundations is estimated by sclerometric method and is 12 - 15 MPa. Inspection of the above-ground structures of the building frame did not reveal unacceptable rolls, subsidence and other deformations indicating a malfunction of the building foundations. The technical report on the results of engineering and geological surveys for the overhaul of the building of GOU gymnasium No. 52 was completed. The natural basis of the existing foundations of the building are fluid loams with fluid-plastic interlayers with the following physical and mechanical characteristics: φ = 12º; c = 0,01 MPa; E = 6,0 MPa. Strengthening of the foundations is not required, since the verification calculation has established that the stress under the base of the foundations does not exceed the calculated resistance of the foundation soil. The maximum level of groundwater during periods of rain and snowmelt at a depth of 0,5 m from the surface of the earth (abs. marks 1,70-2,30 m). Groundwater is non-aggressive to concrete of all grades in terms of water permeability, to reinforcement of reinforced concrete structures. The design documentation provides for an annular drainage that lowers the groundwater level to minus 2,600 (abs. elev. +1,350 m). Inspection of frame structures did not reveal dangerous defects and damage to frame elements. There is some soaking of some frames due to leaks between the seams of wall panels and malfunctions of individual communications. In the crossbars above the basement, the lower working reinforcement is exposed for welding hangers and collars with significant corrosion. To identify the reinforcement of racks and crossbars of frames in order to determine their bearing capacity, control openings of the reinforcement were performed. The concrete strength of the carcass frames was determined by the ultrasonic device UK-14p and corresponds to class B20. The performed calculations show that the building frame has sufficient bearing capacity to withstand design loads and does not require reinforcement. According to the report on the results of the inspection of building structures of the building, the upper rows of external wall panels require additional fastening to the supporting frame of the building. Floor slabs as a whole are in working order, however, individual slabs have damage in the form of technological holes, soak marks due to leaks and communication failures. The technical condition of the coating slabs is operational. Taking into account the lack of sufficient bearing capacity of the vaulted shell panels, the weight of the new roof should not exceed 120 kgf/m2. Stairs are in working order. The porches of the building are in a limited working condition. Platforms, stairs and canopies are damaged in the form of cracks, destruction of reinforced concrete elements and require replacement. The project documentation provides for: waterproofing of the basement with the penetrating material "Hydrotex B" on a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 150 mm thick made of concrete class B20, W6, F100; installation of new outer walls of the technical underground, in connection with the deepening of the existing technical underground to the level of -2,450 ÷ -2,550 from monolithic reinforced concrete. Concrete class B20, W6, F100; installation of a new evacuation ladder in axes 18-20/R-P. The foundation is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 250 mm thick made of concrete class B20, W6, F100. The walls below the ground level are monolithic reinforced concrete, above - from hollow brick M125 on mortar M100. Flights of stairs - from prefabricated reinforced concrete steps on steel stringers, landings - monolithic on steel beams. Coating - monolithic slab; dismantling of the existing porch of the main entrance m/o 9-16/U and porches of m/o I-L/15 and P-R/1-2; installation of new porches and a ramp for the main entrance. Foundations - tape monolithic reinforced concrete from concrete class B20, W6, F75. Walls, columns, ceilings, steps, floor slabs - monolithic reinforced concrete from concrete of class B20, W6, F75; unloading ramp device m / o 22-25 / R-P. Foundations - tape monolithic reinforced concrete of concrete B20, W6, F100. The roof is a monolithic slab. The staircase is monolithic. Coating - H75-750-0.8 corrugated board on a steel frame from a system of racks, girders and beams; installation of lanterns on the roof - glazing on a steel frame; basement entrance pits - monolithic reinforced concrete made of B20, W6, F100 class concrete; installation of new openings in existing expanded clay concrete panels with the installation of steel reinforcement frames; additional fastening of all external expanded clay concrete wall panels; cornice design - a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 120 mm thick made of class B20, F75 concrete on steel brackets with fastening to the supporting frame of the building. Bracket spacing - 3 meters; insulation of building facades with ROCKWOOL mineral wool boards; canopies above the entrances - coating of steel sheets with a polymer coating; installation of new ventilation shafts along axes 1 and 25.
