General information.

The object is a 3-storey building "H" shaped in plan, made according to the standard project 2P-02-1. This project refers to a non-industrial facility (school). The set of premises was adopted in accordance with the Customer's assignment. The design capacity of the existing educational institution is intended for the education of 540 children from grades 1 to 11. Organizational and pedagogical structure: elementary school (1st stage of education) consisting of grades 1-4 - 220 students; - secondary school (2nd stage of education) in grades 5-9 - 260, high school (3rd stage of education) in grades 10-11 - 60 students; Training mode - two-shift. In total, students in the first shift - 393 students. In total, students in the second shift - 147 students. The class size is 20-18 people. Within the framework of this project, according to the technical specifications of the customer, mainly all the premises remain unchanged (in their places and without redevelopment) according to the existing layout and the BTI passport. The project does not provide for affecting capital structures (bearing walls and ceilings). Because the existing building of the school is not newly built and is not being reconstructed, then the expansion and increase in the area of ​​the existing premises is not provided.
