The school building was made according to the standard project 222-1-197/75, detached in a complex geometric shape in plan, consisting of three buildings I, II, III of different heights. The design of the school building is a complete frame of prefabricated reinforced concrete structures: reinforced concrete columns, reinforced concrete crossbars, braced internal panels. The foundation is piled with a reinforced concrete grillage. Basement walls from FBS blocks. Enclosing structures are hinged non-bearing expanded clay concrete panels, floors of educational buildings from multi-hollow reinforced concrete slabs. The roof is flat combined with an internal organized drain and a roof made of built-up materials. Expanded clay was used as a heater. In the assembly hall, sports hall and swimming pool, the roof is low-slope with an external unorganized drain. The covering is made of ribbed reinforced concrete 12 m. slabs along the beams.
