The building of the dormitory building of the boarding school for 390 pupils, standard project 2-528KP-Sh2, is a rectangular building built according to a standard project. The walls of the building are made of white silicate bricks on cement mortar, 500 mm thick. Architectural details are made on the facade of the building. The roof is metal hipped on wooden rafters with an external drain. The blind area around the building is asphalt, the basement of the building is plastered to a height of 900 mm. In the outer enclosing walls, window openings are filled with non-uniform metal-plastic windows. On the windows of the first and basement floors, metal bars of various configurations and patterns are installed outside. External doors - metal smooth, not uniform, installed flush with the plane of the facade, there are no slopes. The door to the 1st floor from the eastern facade is white plastic. Above the entrance groups, visors are made in the form of pinched concrete slabs without supports. On the northeast side there is a pit with an entrance to the basement. The pit is fenced with bars. The canopy above the pit is metal. On the eastern facade there are loggias, symmetrically located on the 2,3,4nd, XNUMXrd, XNUMXth floors of the building. There are traces of bookmarks of window and door openings on the task. The foundation is strip reinforced concrete. Bearing walls - brick. Overlappings - reinforced concrete monolithic.
