General information.

The gymnasium building was built according to the linked standard project 222-1-437.85 “Secondary school for 33 classes (1296 students) in designs of the 1.020-1/83 series”, developed by TsNIIEP educational buildings in 1985. The swimming pool building attached to the gymnasium building was built according to the attached standard project 294-3-33.83 “Indoor swimming pool for teaching swimming to children of preschool and primary school age (brick walls)”, approved by Civil Construction and TsNIIEP educational buildings in 1983. The gymnasium building is of complex shape, functionally divided into three blocks: the educational building, in axes (A-K)-(1-13), the indoor swimming pool building, in axes (A-D)-(1-4), and connecting them there is a warm transition between each other, at the level of the first floor. The first block is the school building: three-story, in plan it has a complex shape, with dimensions in axes (A-K)-(1-13) - 44,40 × 69,00 m. Under the building there is a basement and a bomb shelter. The mark of 0,000 is taken to be the mark of the finished floor of the first floor. The basement floor elevation is variable. The height of all floors is 3,30 m. The height of the sports hall, to the bottom of the load-bearing structures of the covering (trusses), is 6,05 m. The height of the sports hall, taking into account the covering structures, is 10,90 m. The maximum elevation is +13,90, 1,600 m (parapet of the sports hall). The minimum elevation is -12 m (blind area in axes K-5). On the ground floor there are classrooms, administrative and utility rooms, utility rooms, a cloakroom, a dining room, and an assembly hall. The second and third floors are occupied by classrooms. On the second and third floors, in axes (V-Z)-(8-2), there is a gym. For ascent from floor to floor, four staircases are provided in the axes (B-C)-(3-11), (B-C)-(12-2), (G-I)-(3-11), (G -I)-(12-1). The spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by the rigid connection of the frame columns with the foundations, rigid disks of floor slabs and coverings, and stiffening diaphragms. The second block is the indoor swimming pool building: one-story, in plan it has a shape close to a rectangle, with dimensions in axes (A-D)-(4-30,00) - 27,00 × 0,000 m. There is a basement under the building. The mark of 2,100 is taken to be the mark of the clean floor of the gym. The elevation of the basement floor is variable and ranges from -4,200 m to -3,600 m. The height of the pool room is 4,750 m. The maximum elevation is +1,960 m (building parapet), the minimum elevation is -1 m (blind area in axes D-12,46). The spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by the rigid connection of load-bearing walls with the foundation, hard disks of floor slabs and coverings. The third block is a transition: one-story, rectangular in plan, with dimensions of 3,11 × 4,25 m. The height of the transition is variable and ranges from 5,00 m to XNUMX m.
