According to the technical passport, the school building is conditionally divided into 3 buildings:

- lit. A2 - assembly hall, sports hall;
- lit. A3 (hereinafter building "B") - canteen, hostel.

The facades of the existing building are designed in the style of Stalinist neoclassicism. - building responsibility class II (normal); degree of fire resistance II; according to the constructive scheme, a building with load-bearing longitudinal and transverse walls; foundation: Building No. 1: under the bearing walls - strip rubble; under the bearing columns - columnar rubble; Building No. 2: tape prefabricated reinforced concrete; Building No. 3: strip prefabricated reinforced concrete columns: Building No. 1: in the basement - brick pillars; Building No. 3: on the ground floor - monolithic reinforced concrete columns. The walls are made of ceramic brick masonry on cement-sand and complex mortar; ceilings: Building No. 1: Monolithic concrete vaults on metal beams; Monolithic reinforced concrete; Prefabricated reinforced concrete small-sized slabs on metal beams; Building No. 2: Prefabricated reinforced concrete - hollow-core slabs; Prefabricated reinforced concrete small-sized slabs; Prefabricated reinforced concrete on metal beams; roofing: Building No. 1: Wooden truss system coated with painted roofing iron. Building #2: Flat roof with roll type waterproofing material and internal drain. Building No. 3: Wooden truss system coated with painted roofing iron.
