By constructive type, the building is frameless. According to the constructive scheme, the building is with longitudinal load-bearing walls. The building has two two-flight stairs. The building refers to structures with a rigid structural scheme. Spatial rigidity and stability is ensured by the joint work of load-bearing, self-supporting brick walls with hinged fastenings of reinforced concrete and steel floor beams, as well as rubble foundations. The joint work of structural elements is provided by a system of connections; floor beams are hinged on the walls, transverse and longitudinal masonry walls are connected by brick dressing. Foundations - strip of solid ceramic bricks on a cement-sand mortar. External load-bearing walls are made of ceramic / silicate bricks of the M100 grade on a cement-sand mortar of the M50 grade. Wall thickness - 510 mm. Internal load-bearing walls are made of M100 ceramic/silicate bricks on M50 cement-sand mortar. Wall thickness - 510 and 380 mm. Internal self-supporting walls are made of M100 ceramic bricks on M50 cement-sand mortar. Wall thickness - 380 mm in axes 1-2 / G, 4 / A-B, 7-8 / G. Interfloor beams in axes 1-2, 7-8, A-B, 4-5 / B-C and attic in axes 1-2/А-Г, 7-8/А-Г, 4-5/Б-В - prefabricated reinforced concrete, with a variable section - 160х420(h) in dimensions, reinforced Ø8A240, Ø20A300, concrete B25 (see. Annex 5, paragraph 3 of the “Technical Report...”). Attic beams in axes 2-7 / A-B - prefabricated reinforced concrete, section 180x300 (h), series 1,126-KR-1. Ceilings between the floors and the attic - wooden flooring along the runs of logs with a diameter of 200 and 180 mm with a pitch of 1200÷1250 mm. The roof is gable, covered with tin. Wooden rafter system of an inclined type.
