Architectural and space-planning solutions

The school building, built in 1974, subject to major repairs, is a standard project 2С-02-9/71 "Universal building of a general education school for 24 classrooms", developed by LenNIIproekt. Currently, the building houses a special educational institution for children with diseases of the musculoskeletal system. The school building is H-shaped in plan and consists of two 2-storey buildings with general school premises and a 3-storey building with classrooms. Floor height 3,3 m. In the basement of the 2-story buildings there are staff rooms and a school canteen, canteen storage rooms, a water meter unit, and a heating point. The working draft provides for a floor-by-floor redevelopment of individual premises, the installation of a second elevator for transporting disabled children, the installation of new porches and ramps, an add-on on the 3rd floor to provide an exit from the designed elevator, replacement of the existing roofing, fencing along the perimeter of the roof and an external organized drainage system from the roof. Interior decoration of the premises is provided in accordance with regulatory requirements: walls - ceramic tiles, wallpaper, water-based paint, floors - linoleum, ceramic tiles, wooden beams (gym), ceilings - aluminum slats, suspended panels, water-based paint. The working draft of the overhaul provides for the complete replacement of existing door fillings, as well as the replacement of window fillings with metal-plastic window blocks with double-glazed windows. Exterior finishing of facades is carried out from OLIS-Faktura shaped panels. The working draft provides for measures to ensure the life of the disabled and people with limited mobility.

Structural and space-planning solutions

In accordance with technical surveys, the existing building was built in 1974 according to the frame structural scheme. The building was built according to the standard project 2S-02-9/71, developed by the LenProekt Institute. The columns and beams of the frame are made of precast concrete. Columns - with a section of 300 x 250 mm are made of B25 class concrete, are in working order. Crossbars - tee section, made of B25 class concrete, are in working condition. The bearing capacity of the frame is 1250 kg/m2. External walls - self-supporting expanded clay concrete panels 300 mm thick, the technical condition of the panels is operable, does not meet the requirements for heat transfer. The enclosing structures of the basement are reinforced concrete plinth panels 300 mm thick. There is no vertical waterproofing of the basement walls. Humidity of concrete of socle panels - 5%, at a rate of 3%. Partitions - reinforced concrete, 80 and 100 mm thick, made of gypsum blocks 80 mm thick and brick 120 mm thick. The technical condition of the partitions is operational. Partitions of the 1st floor are in disrepair. Ceilings - flat reinforced concrete panels with a thickness of 120 mm are made of B20 concrete, the bearing capacity of the floor slabs is 500 kg / m2, the state is operational. Roof load-bearing structures - reinforced concrete ribbed slabs of grade P28.18-13AIII (according to series 1.243.1 KL-1) and reinforced concrete vaults of BK-50 type are made of B20 concrete, the technical condition of the roof structures is limited operable. The bearing capacity of the pavement slabs was calculated for a normative snow load of 100 kg/m2. Roofing - soft from 3 and 56 layers of roofing material with unorganized drainage. The foundations are free-standing, glass type, made of prefabricated reinforced concrete, the technical condition of the foundations is of limited working capacity. The base of the foundations is sandy loamy brown belt, weathered refractory, E = 100 kg/m2. Stairs - two-flight, from prefabricated reinforced concrete. The technical condition of the stairs is operational. The porches and the ramp are made of reinforced concrete; there is no canopy over part of the porches. The canopy above the main entrance was enlarged by means of a wooden truss system. The technical condition of the porch of the main entrance is unacceptable, the other porches and the ramp are emergency. The bearing capacity of walls, frame structures, floor slabs, foundations is sufficient to withstand design loads, the structures do not require reinforcement. Coating structures are not designed for the design load of 180 kg/cm2. The working draft provides for the replacement of the old roof structure with a new lightweight one to reduce the load on the roof slabs. A second elevator for disabled children is provided. The foundation slab for the elevator is made of monolithic reinforced concrete 400 mm thick, concrete class B25, F50, W4. Elevator draft 22 mm. The working draft provides for porches to replace and replace the existing ones (5 entrances). The foundations for the stairs are designed as strip foundations with a width of 250 mm and 400 mm from prefabricated blocks and monolithic reinforced concrete. Flights of stairs, floor slabs and ramps 160 mm thick made of monolithic reinforced concrete. Concrete class B15. The calculation of new structures was carried out according to the programs "Foundation", "Slab", "Arbat". An add-on is provided on the existing school surface. The superstructure structures are made in a steel frame. Racks are made of square pipes 140 x 6, beams of I-beams No. 20. To transfer the load from the superstructure structures to the existing columns, a distribution frame of I-beams No. 20Sh1 is designed. The walls are made of "sandwich" panels 150 mm thick. According to the results of calculations in accordance with STO-36554501-006-2006, the fire resistance of existing structures is not ensured for fire exposure for 90 minutes. The working draft provides for an increase in the fire resistance of the structure by increasing the protective layer of gypsum plaster with a thickness of 24 mm. In accordance with the report on engineering and geological surveys, the base of the foundation is sandy loamy brown belt, weathered refractory E = 100 kg/cm2 (e = 0,609), R = 150 kPa. Additional draft of the building after reconstruction 2 mm from the extension of the elevator.
