The designed warehouse complex for alcoholic products is a one-story building with dimensions in terms of 84,6 x 68,3 m, from the ground level to the top of the ridge 11,77 m. +4,800. The warehouse complex is designed for receiving, storing and shipping alcoholic beverages. The design documentation in the building provides for the placement of: at the level of 0,000 - warehouse, shipping area, security and expedition service premises, heat generator room, accumulator recharging room and building engineering facilities; in the built-in - men's and women's wardrobes with showers for warehouse workers, offices, cash registers, a dining room, drivers' quarters, an archive, a meeting room and a server room. Medical care for employees is provided at the first-aid post located at the el. + 4.800. The roof of the building is a profiled sheet, with internal and external drainage. Exterior finish of the body - factory painting of sandwich panels. So-kol - cement-sand plaster on a grid, followed by painting with acrylic paint.

Structural and space-planning solutions

Building responsibility level – II. The building was designed according to the frame-braced design scheme. The building, located at elevation +4.800, is separated from the main one-story building by an expansion joint. Columns - steel from a welded I-beam. Steel columns C345. Covering and ceiling beams - steel, from a welded I-beam of variable section. Beam steel C345. Floor slabs - monolithic reinforced concrete on profiled sheet and metal beams. The total thickness of the monolithic slab is 210mm. Concrete floor slab B25. The coating is a sandwich panel (element by element assembly) 160 mm thick along metal purlins made of 27P channels (S345 steel, GOST 8240-97), which are supported by metal frame structures. External walls - hinged sandwich panels 100mm thick. Partitions are designed from gypsum boards on a metal frame and brick. Stairs - from monolithic reinforced concrete on steel stringers, concrete B25. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of vertical connections, the rigidity of the supporting nodes of the columns, the frame nodes of the junction of the columns with the beams and the rigid disks of the floors. The calculation of load-bearing structures was carried out on a computer using the SCAD Office program (version 11.1). Foundations - columnar on a natural base of monolithic reinforced concrete. Concrete class B25, W4, F150. Under the foundation, concrete preparation 100 mm thick is provided on a sand cushion 200 mm thick. The calculation of the foundation was carried out on a computer using the SCAD program, taking into account the spatial work of the soil and manually according to the formulas of SNiP. The relative elevation of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute elevation of +16.80m. In accordance with the report on engineering-geological surveys, heavy silty loams with φ=200, E=110kg/cm2 serve as foundation foundations. The design soil resistance of the base is R=2,73,2kg/cm2, the pressure on the base of the foundations does not exceed р=2,43,2kg/cm2. In order to protect the concrete of underground structures, the concrete surface is protected by coating with bitumen twice. The expected average settlement of the building is not more than ~46mm. There are no surrounding buildings within the 30-meter zone.

Authorization
