The two-story detached warehouse building has a square shape in plan, 18x18m in size in the axes. The shape of the building is determined as the most compact and integral, which meets the requirements of warehouses with the adopted structural scheme - a frame. The building is divided into 2 parts: administrative and household consisting of 2 floors (2,7 m floor height) and a warehouse (7,45 m high). Interfloor communication of the administrative and amenity part is provided by an internal staircase block. On the ground floor there are: a warehouse, a pantry for special clothes, a warehouse for storekeepers, a bathroom and technical rooms. On the second floor there is an office for the manager of the warehouse, locker rooms for staff with a shower room and a bathroom, a meal room and a ventilation chamber. The space-planning solution of the object, in accordance with paragraph 5.1 of SNiP 31.04-2001, provides the possibility of its reconstruction, changing the technology of warehousing goods (for example, on pallets, in cassettes, containers, etc.). Modern materials are widely used in the exterior decoration of the facades, the color scheme and texture of which are designed based on the combination and contrast of the volumes of the building details: the roofing material of the roof is a three-layer roofing sandwich panel MP TSP-K, blue RAL 5015; walls - cladding with three-layer sandwich panels MP TSP-S RAL 5015 and 7047; bindings of window openings - white color RAL 9016; plinth, doors, gates - painting - gray RAL 7004. In the decoration of the premises of the main, auxiliary, service and technical purposes, only certified materials are used that correspond to the purpose of the premises, their fire and sanitary and epidemiological requirements. Natural lighting of administrative and amenity premises with the constant presence of staff is provided by side lighting through the windows.
