Architectural and space-planning solutions

The designed warehouse complex with a parking lot is a building of a trapezoidal configuration in plan with dimensions in the extreme axes of 75,2 m x 36,0 m. The height of the building from the planning ground level to the ridge is 8,95 m. type for 19 parking spaces. Each functional block has built-in administrative and amenity premises. The warehouse is one-storey, the height to the bottom of the protruding structures is 6 m. The parking lot is one-storey, the height to the bottom of the protruding structures is 6 m. The height of the first floor is 2,7 m, the height of the rooms on the second floor is 3 m. For functional communication and evacuation, 4 internal stairs of the 2nd type are designed in the building, connecting the built-in administrative and amenity premises on the second floor of the buildings with corridors on the first floor. Entrances and entrances to the building are designed through gates with gates and doors. Gates - lifting-sectional, insulated, located on opposite walls of the building. External doors - metal, individual production. The covering is pitched, the roof is made of roofing sandwich panels with a lock connection. The drain is external, organized. Access to the roof is provided by a metal outer staircase. The facades of the building are designed from sandwich panels with a polymer coating in the factory. The basement of the building is made of monolithic reinforced concrete, plastered on a grid with subsequent painting. Filling window openings - single-chamber double-glazed windows. Openable windows are equipped with a remote opening drive. The internal partitions of the built-in are provided from plasterboard sheets on a metal frame. Interior decoration is provided in accordance with the functional purpose of the premises. The design documentation provides for measures to ensure MGN access to the 1st floor of the building: the magnitude of the level difference at the entrance to the building does not exceed 0,025 m, visors are provided over the entrances, anti-slip coating on the movement paths for the disabled, the first floor - without height differences.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The constructive scheme of the building is frame. Transverse frames - three-span (6 + 24 + 6 m) with a step of 6 m. Columns of the building - with a section of 300 x 400 mm, prefabricated reinforced concrete according to series 1.423.1-1-8 / 88 with a rigid embedment in the foundation. Concrete B22,5. Fachwerk columns - steel from rolled I-beams 30Sh1 and 20K1 with hinged fastening to the foundation. Fachwerk - from rolling channels No. 16. External walls - sandwich panels produced by Petropanel, 100 mm thick, horizontally mounted. The internal firewall wall is made of aerated concrete blocks D600, B2,5, F50 with a thickness of 200 mm. Covering - sandwich panels produced by "Petropanel", 150 mm thick. Covering beams - with a span of 6,0 m with hinged fastening to reinforced concrete columns on top, through a transitional steel rack, and designed from rolled I-beams 30B2. Roof trusses - according to series 1.460.3-23.98, span 24 m, trapezoidal shape with hinged support on columns by the upper chord. The lower chords of the trusses are untied from the plane by vertical ties and braces. The upper chords of the trusses are braced with horizontal stiffeners and girders. Runs - from bent channels 160 mm high, continuous, with support along the top of the trusses, with a step of 3,0 m. beams - 57 m. The main beams are hinged to the reinforced concrete columns of the building and to additional steel posts. Stairs - from steel profiles designed in accordance with the G-903-41 series. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building are ensured by the rigid coupling of reinforced concrete columns with the foundations and the joint work of the transverse frames with the hard disk of the coating. Steel structures - with a fire-retardant coating. Steel C245, C255. The calculations of the building structures were made using the SCAD v.11.3 program and in an analytical way using regulatory documents. The level of responsibility of the building is the second (normal). The service life of the building is assumed to be at least 50 years. The level of the floor of the first floor, corresponding to the absolute mark of 0,000 m, was taken as 16.30. The foundations were developed on a natural basis in accordance with engineering and geological surveys. The foundations for the columns are columnar glass type. The absolute mark of the bottom of the foundations is 14.65 m. The foundations are made of monolithic reinforced concrete (concrete B15, W6, the working reinforcement A-III and A-I), with an absolute mark of the bottom - 14.65 m. The floor slab is 230 mm thick, made of monolithic reinforced concrete, along the perimeter buildings - with basement strapping beams with a section of 150 x 450 mm, with a common mark of the bottom of the beam and slab (concrete B15, working reinforcement A-III and A-I). Bulk soils at the base of the foundations are replaced with a sand cushion of medium-sized sand with a density of 1,6 t / m³ with a thickness of 350 to 1750 mm. The base of the sand cushion is semi-solid loam saturated with water (IGE-2) with e = 0,554, E = 130 kgf/cm², φII = 25°, IL = 0,20. The design resistance of the base soil is not less than 1,95 kgf/cm². Stress at the base of the foundations - no more than 1,19 kgf / cm². To prevent freezing, the basement beams and the blind area are insulated with a 100 mm thick foam layer. Preparation for foundations - from a layer of monolithic concrete B7,5 with a thickness of 100 mm. To protect the building from groundwater and dampness, the foundations are designed from W6 concrete. Visual inspection of neighboring buildings that fall into the 30-meter zone of possible influence. The production building of the reinforcement shop Liter V (building No. 2 at the State Enterprise) was built in 1970 as a one-story building (located at a distance of 13 m from the designed building). The building has a reinforced concrete frame. Frame - single-span, span 18 m wide. External walls and walls between columns are made of silicate and ceramic bricks. The covering is made of reinforced concrete slabs on reinforced concrete gable beams. Foundations - concrete tape. In accordance with the technical passport for the building, the percentage of depreciation of the building for 2007 was 22%. Category of the technical condition of the building -1. The amenity building (letter D, building No. 7 at the State Enterprise) was built in 1989 as a three-story building (located at a distance of 13 m from the designed building). The building - with a wall structural scheme with longitudinal load-bearing walls. The walls are made of bricks, the masonry is with hairline cracks. Ceilings and roofing - from reinforced concrete slabs. Foundations - concrete columnar and tape. The building (letter D) was built with a direct adjoining longitudinal wall to the building of letter B. A crack was found in the junction area of ​​the buildings in the outer wall of the second floor.
