Architectural and space-planning solutions

The warehouse complex under consideration is designed as a one-storey four-span building with a steel frame, 14,1 m high to the top of the parapet (the height of the building to the top of the parapet from the level of the adjacent territory is 15,300, the floor elevation is 1,200 m higher than the level of the adjacent territory) and heights of 9,78 and 10,43 ,127,65 from the floor level to the bottom of the roof structures. The dimensions of the building in the axes are 216,00 x 32,85 m, three spans of 24,0 m each and one span of 5.1 m. An attached covered car ramp with a width of XNUMX m in the axes is designed along the long side of the building, for climbing to which ramps with two sides of the building. The complex consists of four storage compartments, each of which has built-in utility rooms and three administrative compartments, covered at a height of 3 m and 7,2 m, with natural light. For each compartment there are overhead sectional doors with emergency exits through the doorways. The outer fencing of the building is three-layer metal sandwich panels with an effective insulation 100 mm thick. At a height of 8,6 m from the floor level, a 1,5-meter strip glazing was designed along the spans. Socle panel - reinforced concrete three-layer with internal insulation made of expanded polystyrene - PSBS35. The covering of the building is steel profiled flooring laid on steel girders on steel pipe trusses. Roofing - PVC membrane over rigid and semi-rigid thermal insulation boards. Atmospheric precipitation removal - internal. Storage compartments are separated from each other by fireproof partitions made of 120 mm thick sandwich panels. The steel columns of the frame and fachwerk are plastered on a grid to ensure standard fire resistance. Vertical fire escapes have been redesigned on three sides of the building. In the warehouse building, a place has been allocated for the input of a water supply system and for a built-in gas boiler room. The design documentation provides for 6 windows - metal-plastic with single-chamber double-glazed windows - tape glazing, gates - HORMANN type with a mechanical drive, size 3000x3000, metal insulated lifting-sectional, a thermal curtain (fan heater) is provided above the gate. doors - internal wooden, doors - external metal insulated. partitions of bathrooms - from waterproof gypsum boards of the Knauf type on a frame of bent galvanized profiles with mineral wool insulation. Buildings of administrative premises are separated from warehouses by type 2 fire barriers (sandwich panels) on a metal frame. Partitions of administrative premises from gypsum boards (in bathrooms from moisture resistant ones) on a frame made of bent galvanized profiles with mineral wool insulation. Aerated concrete partitions are provided for thicknesses. 200mm, reinforced through 3 rows with a mesh of 200x100x4 mm. For interior decoration of premises, the documentation provides for materials that are allowed for use in construction if there is a sanitary and epidemiological conclusion on compliance with sanitary rules. Finishing of industrial and administrative premises is provided in accordance with the purpose of the premises. In warehouses - painting of the surfaces of metal structures is provided with fire-retardant paints. For floors, the documentation provides for the following materials: homogeneous linoleum - in administrative premises, domestic ceramic tiles - in latrines, concrete with a polymer coating - in warehouse premises. According to the design assignment, the enterprise does not provide for the possibility of using the labor of people with limited mobility. The facades of the building are designed using modern materials and technologies. The covering of the building and the outer walls are made of metal three-layer wall "sandwich panels" -100mm, the basement panel is reinforced concrete three-layer with an internal insulation of expanded polystyrene.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The level of responsibility of the building is normal. Warehouse building - a one-storey four-span building with an attached covered ramp, designed according to a frame-braced structural scheme. The building is divided in the longitudinal direction by an expansion joint into two blocks. The main load-bearing elements of the building frame are steel columns with a pitch along the middle axes - 12 m, along the extreme axes - 6 m from I-section profiles, steel C255. Roof trusses are taken with a span of 32.85 m and 24 m steel from bent box sections. Under-rafter trussed beams - span 12m. Steel C345, C255. Rafter truss pitch 6.0m. The columns and beams above the ramp are made of steel elements hinged to each other. Rigidity and stability of the structure is ensured by vertical ties and fastening of the flooring to the beams in each wave. The covering of the building and the ramp is corrugated board on steel girders. Spatial rigidity and stability of the frame is ensured by the rigid coupling of the columns with the foundation, vertical steel ties in the longitudinal and transverse directions, and the hard disk of the cover. The rigidity of the pavement disk is provided by horizontal and vertical braces along the pavement. The frame of the built-in units is designed from square profile steel posts and main and secondary beams hinged to the posts. Rigidity and stability of the built-in frame is ensured by longitudinal and transverse vertical ties and fastening of the profiled sheet to the beams in each wave. The ceilings of the built-ins are a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 80 mm thick in a corrugated sheet formwork with fastening in each wave to secondary beams. External walls - three-layer "sandwich" - panels 100 mm thick with fastening to the frame columns and half-timbered elements. Socle panel - 300mm thick reinforced concrete with internal insulation. In the main part of the warehouse, a load-bearing floor is provided in the form of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 200 mm thick, under a load of 5.0 t/m2, made of concrete B20, W6, F100. Foundations - free-standing columnar monolithic. Under the foundations, concrete preparation 100 mm thick is provided. Foundation concrete B25 W6F100. Pressure on the basis - 2,5kg/sm2. The outer wall of the ramp is designed as a retaining monolithic reinforced concrete wall, separated by expansion joints. The relative mark of 0.00 corresponds to the absolute mark of +27.90. In accordance with engineering and geological surveys, the soil of the base of the foundations is EGE-2 sandy loamy silty plastic with E=120kg/cm2, e=0.36, φ=190 and design resistance of 2,5kg/cm2. Compacted sand cushions are provided under the foundations of the columns along the outer axes and under the retaining wall to protect the foundations from the effects of frost heaving forces. The expected draft of the building is 4,5 cm. The surrounding buildings are located at a distance of more than 30m.
