Architectural and space-planning solutions:

The design documentation provides for the construction of a production and storage complex. The complex is designed from two buildings: Building No. 1 and Building No. 2 with enclosing structures of hinged ventilated facades. Building No. 1 is designed rectangular in plan, consisting of: a one-story part, including a warehouse part with a loading and unloading area and warehouses for raw materials and finished products of rack storage; production part; 4-5 floors of attached administrative premises along the facade along Engels Ave.; and 2 floors of attached-console administrative and amenity premises along the ends of the warehouse above the ramps. The building is designed with plan dimensions of 112 x 77 m with a height of 11.6 m to the bottom of the structures, with ramps along the ends of the warehouse for loading and unloading operations. The building is designed: a central entrance with a stair-lift hall (one passenger-and-freight elevator) for office premises and two entrances for warehouse workers with stair-lift halls (one passenger elevator each). The building has an internal drainage system. The amenity premises of the building are designed for the entire staff of employees in accordance with the attached calculation. Building No. 2 is designed as a 5-section 4-storey building, U-shaped configuration, with a courtyard, with overall dimensions in terms of 90 x 15 m, 72 x 15 m, 54 x 15 m. The building - without a basement, with a technical attic, with five entrances with stair-lift halls, with six elevators (two of them are cargo-passenger). Height of the 1st floor - 4,5 m; the height of standard floors is 3,6 m. The drain is internal. To provide office workers with food on the 1st floor, there is a dining room with a dining room and utility rooms with a loading room and a separate entrance. The amenity premises of the corps are designed for the entire composition of those working in the corps. The outer walls of the building are a multi-layer enclosing structure: monolithic reinforced concrete, aerated concrete blocks and a hinged ventilated facade made of ROCKWOOL insulation with porcelain stoneware cladding alternating with stained-glass windows. Coating - monolithic reinforced concrete. boards with insulation and a top layer of ALKORPLAN. The basement of the building is monolithic with dark gray brick lining. Interior finishing (including floors) of industrial premises was developed in accordance with technological requirements. For finishing walls and partitions of office premises and corridors, the project provides for water-based painting, in bathrooms - ceramic tiles. Ceilings - with water-based painting and hemmed. Floors - ceramic tiles, linoleum. Measures are provided to ensure the living conditions of the disabled: There are spaces for disabled people in the parking lot. The entrance to building No. 1 in axes 19-20 / A-B is equipped with a ramp for the disabled. All evacuation routes of building No. 1 are designed taking into account the possible presence of people with limited mobility in the building (the width of passages, corridors is at least 1800 mm). The explanatory note provides for systems of information and signaling of danger (visual, sound and tactile information), rubber mats are provided in the vestibules to prevent slipping. In the entrance hall at LK-2 there is a bathroom for the disabled. Peaks are designed over all entrances to the building.

Structural and space-planning solutions:

The production and warehouse complex is designed from two buildings located outside the zone of mutual influence. Building responsibility level - 2 (normal). The structural scheme of the one-story building of building No. 1 is frame-braced. The building was designed from a one-story warehouse volume with a four-five-story volume of the administrative part attached to three sides. The one-story volume of the warehouse is divided into two temperature-sedimentary blocks, the five-story volume of the administrative part is divided into six sedimentary blocks and is separated from the one-story volume of the warehouse by expansion joints. The frame of one-story blocks of the warehouse is a three-span steel (24 + 21 + 24) m. Columns - prefabricated reinforced concrete according to the series 1.423-5 with a section 500 x 400 mm - along the outer axes and with a section of 700 x 400 mm - along the inner axes with a step of 12 and 12,6 m along the building, installed in monolithic foundation pillars with rigid fastening to the foundations. Columns - with steel over-columns from rolling I-beams 30 K1. Steel C255. Half-timbered racks - prefabricated reinforced concrete with a section of 400 x 400 mm. Vertical stiffeners - portal designed at the corners of the temperature blocks Cover trusses - with a span of 21 and 24 m with a step of 6,0 and 6,3 m, with one-sided and two-sided slope of the upper chords, with hinged fastening to columns and truss trusses. Under-rafter trusses - with a span of 12 and 12,6 m, with parallel belts with hinged fastening to the columns. Farms are designed from closed bent - welded profiles. Runs - from rolling I-beams 30 K1 are designed with support on trusses with a step of 3,0 m. Spacers - from closed bent - welded profiles are designed from the plane of the trusses with fastening to the lower chords of the trusses. Warehouse covering - from H75 profiled flooring, in the area of ​​snow bags - in two layers. Horizontal and vertical ties of the rigidity of the coating - from closed bent - welded profiles. The outer walls of the building are non-bearing, made of aerated concrete blocks D600, B3,5, F35 200 mm thick, a layer of insulation 100 mm thick and a hinged facade system consisting of porcelain stoneware slabs and a frame made of aluminum profiles. Frame - with fastening to floor slabs. Masonry of aerated concrete blocks on mortar with fastening to reinforced concrete with stainless steel anchors. Socle - finished with solid bricks KOLPO 1NF / 150 / 2,0 / 50. The spatial rigidity and stability of the compartments of the warehouse building is ensured by the rigidity of the columns rigidly fixed to the foundations and the joint work of the columns and vertical stiffness ties with the hard disk of the coating. The frame of administrative blocks is single-span. Columns - from monolithic reinforced concrete B25 with a section of 300 x 300 mm. Internal walls of staircases and stiffening diaphragms - 160 mm thick. Ceilings and roofing - continuous beamless slabs of monolithic reinforced concrete 180 mm thick (concrete B25, working reinforcement A-III). The structural scheme of the five-story building of building No. 2 is frame-wall. The building is divided into 5 sections by temperature-sedimentary seams. Sections - latitudinal and rotary three-span (6+3+6) m. Columns - section 300 x 300; 300 x 350; 350 x 350 mm in increments of 6,0 m and 3,0 m along the building. Internal walls of stairwells and stiffening diaphragms - 120 mm thick. The elevator shafts are made of monolithic reinforced concrete with a wall thickness of 160mm. The outer walls of the building are non-bearing, designed from aerated concrete blocks D600, B3,5, F35 200 mm thick, a layer of insulation 100 mm thick and a hinged facade system consisting of porcelain stoneware slabs and a frame made of aluminum profiles. Frame - with fastening to floor slabs. Masonry of aerated concrete blocks in mortar and with fastening to reinforced concrete with stainless steel anchors. Plinth - finished with solid brick KOLPO 1NF / 150 / 2,0 / 50. The parapet is made of monolithic reinforced concrete 160 mm thick with insulation and finishing like non-load-bearing walls. Ceilings and roofing - continuous beamless slabs of monolithic reinforced concrete 180 mm thick (concrete B25, working reinforcement A-III). Elements of stairs - from monolithic reinforced concrete. Spatial rigidity and stability of the sections of building No. 2 is ensured by the rigid fastening of the columns to the foundations, the joint work of the columns, internal walls and diaphragms with hard disks of monolithic floors. The mark of the floor corresponding to the absolute mark of + 0,000 m (for building No. 28,550) and + 1 m (for building No. 27,800) was taken as the mark of 2. The calculations of the building structures were made using the SCAD v.11.1 program. The foundations were developed in accordance with engineering and geological surveys. Piles of the building No. 1 - prefabricated reinforced concrete composite section 35 x 35 cm, 8 - 10 m long (according to the difference in the level of the bearing layer of soil), immersed by driving from an absolute mark of + 26,45 m. Piles - from concrete B20, W6, F150. Absolute mark of the bottom of the piles from + 15,550 m up to + 17,550 m. The connection of piles with the grillage is rigid. Piles of building No. 2 - prefabricated reinforced concrete with a section of 35 x 35 cm, 9 and 10 m long, immersed by driving from the bottom of the pit. Piles - from concrete B20, W6, F150 and working reinforcement A400. Absolute elevation of the pile tip + 17,550 and +16,550 m. The connection of piles with the grillage is rigid. According to the results of pile tests, the bearing capacity of piles on the ground will be 80 tf. The design load on the pile is assumed to be 45 tf. The base of the piles is sandy plastic sandy loam (IGE-6a) with E = 130 kg/cm2, φII = 24˚, e = 0,321, IL = 0,31 and sandy solid sandy loam (IGE-6b) with E = 170 kg/cm2, φII = 33˚, e = 0,260, IL = - 0,16. Grills and retaining walls - monolithic reinforced concrete of concrete B25, W4, F150 and working reinforcement A-III and A-I. Warehouse grillage - columnar glass type of shallow laying. The absolute mark of the bottom of the grillage is + 26,650 m and + 26,450 m. Retaining walls - with the laying of the sole below the depth of freezing of the soil (below the grillages). The grillages of administrative blocks are columnar, shallow, 600 mm high, united by cross beams - walls. Grills of building No. 2 - monolithic reinforced concrete columnar height of 1770 mm from concrete B25, W4, F150 and working reinforcement A-III and A-I. The absolute elevation of the grillage is + 26,000 m. Preparation for grillages and retaining walls - from a layer of monolithic concrete B7,5 with a thickness of 50 mm. The building has no basement. In warehouse blocks - with floors on the ground, in administrative blocks - with a power floor slab supported on grillages. Floor slabs in building No. 1 - 200 mm thick made of concrete B25, W4, F150 and working reinforcement A-III and A-I. Floor slabs in building No. 2 - 150 mm thick made of concrete B15 and working reinforcement A-III. The maximum groundwater level is at an absolute level of +27,000m. Groundwater is slightly aggressive in terms of the content of aggressive carbon dioxide in relation to concrete of normal permeability, and soils are moderately aggressive in terms of the hydrogen index. Protection of a basement building from groundwater and dampness - coating of all concrete surfaces in contact with the ground with bitumen, rolled waterproofing of the base of the foundations. Filled soils consisting of brewery waste are replaced with a sand cushion up to an absolute mark of + 25,000 m. The expected design draft of the hulls is 1,0 cm. The design solutions for the main load-bearing structures are taken reasonably, confirmed by calculations, comply with the requirements of the current regulatory and technical documents and can provide conditions for normal operation.
