The building consists of 2 blocks: a 4-storey block 19x24 m in size (axes 19-24, B-I) and a 3-storey block 54x14m in size (axes 1-13, B-Zh), as well as a one-story block , which it adjoins the building letter "B". Building area - 1427,4 m2, building volume -9350,1 m3. The building is served by three stairwells connected by corridors on all floors. The main entrance to the building is solved in axes 2-3 along the A axis through the main vestibule. Reconstruction of building letter A includes the following activities: - partial redevelopment of premises; - sealing of openings in floors and coverings with monolithic reinforced concrete; - painting of external walls with facade paints; - roof insulation; - the device of drainage systems through internal drains; - the device of a blind area along the perimeter of the walls of the building; - insulation and glazing of the body; - door replacement. - execution of new floors on all floors of the building. Office premises will be located along the longitudinal walls with access to the corridor. The building has three bathrooms on each floor of the building. The first block is located in axes 23-31, A-U and has dimensions in terms of 46,0 x 96,0 m, the height of this part of the building to the floor slabs is 9,7 m, to the bottom of the trusses is 6,0 m. The second block is located in axes 6-22, A-U and has dimensions in terms of 92,0 x 96,0 m, the height of this part of the building to the floor slabs is 7,2 m, to the bottom of the trusses is 3,5 m. The existing building (construction in progress) - 1-storey with a 2-storey building consists of 2 blocks: a 1-storey block measuring 24x78m (axes 1-14, B-K) and a 1-storey block measuring 12x48m ( axes 3-11, A-B). Floor height 3,6m. The main entrance to the building is located in axes 8-9 along the K axis through the vestibule. Transportation of goods inside the warehouse is carried out by loaders. Since metal products are supposed to be stored in the warehouse building (category D), storage facilities may not be heated or ventilated. Therefore, the reconstruction project provides for the dismantling and dismantling of the existing ventilation chamber in axes 3-4, B-C. And in place of the ventilation chamber at around +3.600 in axes 7-11, B-C, a storage room is arranged. Delivery of goods to elev. +3.600 is carried out by pallet trucks. To do this, an opening with dimensions of 2,7x3,0m (h) is punched in the existing brick wall along axis 7 between axes B and C. The project provides for the reconstruction of a part of the building, in axes 1-2, A-B, in which a distribution transformer substation is designed. Building area - 87.94m2 Usable area 137,36m2 Total volume of built-in transformer substation - 329,66m3 Building fire resistance level - II Building responsibility level - II ". Functional fire hazard class - F1. Constructive fire hazard class - C4. Boiler room. The room of the designed boiler house is attached to the production building. The boiler room is a rectangular room with a metal frame, dimensions 7x9,5m, height 4m. From the premises, access is provided directly to the street, the door leaf is metal. Enclosing structures: Walls of the boiler room - sandwich panels, - degree of fire resistance of the building - II. - fire resistance limit - 0,75 h. - the category of the premises in terms of explosion and fire hazard - G. Window openings with single glazing and glass thickness of 3 mm, with an area of ​​7,98 m2, are used as easy-to-reset structures. The area of ​​easily dropped structures is 0,03% of the room volume: 266x0,03=7,98 m2. The floor must have waterproofing, designed for a flood height of up to 10 cm; entrance doors must have thresholds.

Structural and space-planning solutions

Building letter A. The main characteristics of the building. The facility was built by Trust No. 18 of Glavleningradstroy in the 90s under the Giproavtotrans project. The existing building (construction in progress) is 3-4 storey. The height of the floor is 3.3 m. The area and volume of the building, see table 1. The building is made with walls of red ceramic bricks on a cement-sand mortar. External walls 510 mm thick (640), internal - 380 mm. Partitions brick 120 mm thick. Overlapping - prefabricated reinforced concrete multi-hollow slabs. Precast concrete stairs. On the front side, the walls are made of silicate brick and partly of red brick. The foundation of the building is a strip foundation, made on a natural foundation and composed of prefabricated concrete foundation blocks on reinforced concrete pads. Roofing is missing. Floors of office premises - laminate. Floors of corridors and halls (2nd, 3rd, 4th floor) - porcelain stoneware. The floors of technical and office premises are ceramic tiles. In the sections of the expansion joint in the A/11-13 and U/11-13 axes, the wall fencing is made of red ceramic bricks. The project is not considered. The design solutions are based on the principle of minimizing the number of alterations to existing building structures. Based on this, the project adopted: - the installation of new technological equipment is provided for on existing concrete floors. If necessary, existing floors are reinforced with an additional reinforced screed; - the equipment is mounted on bolts installed in drilled holes with epoxy glue; - installation of heavy equipment and equipment with dynamic loads (pumps) is provided for on new monolithic reinforced concrete foundations. Service platforms and stairs are designed using rolled profiles according to the assortment of STO ASCHM 20-93. The newly designed partitions are planned to be brick. Administrative and amenity premises are designed in a two-story building at the end of the building in accordance with the sanitary groups of production processes (SNiP 2.09.04-87 * p. 2.5). The building is separated from the production premises by a type 2 fire wall REI-45. Building letter B.
