Architectural solutions

Roofing, waterproofing and sealing materials must meet the requirements of current GOSTs and TUs. Internal partitions of the building - drywall on the frame. Constructive decisions

The designed buildings of the complex are capital structures. Constructive fire hazard class - CO. The main load-bearing structures are columnar monolithic reinforced concrete foundations, a metal frame-braced frame, monolithic reinforced concrete ceilings along a profiled sheet, a steel profiled sheet covering. The rigidity of the building is provided by a frame-braced frame. Columnar foundations are made in accordance with the perceived loads from the roof structures, metal frame structures and interfloor ceilings with payloads (for the administrative building). Estimated snow load on the roof is 180 kg/m2.
