Architectural and space-planning solutions

The designed main building with an administrative and amenity part (ABC) of a multifunctional complex for wholesale trade and storage of agricultural products is a building with a maximum plan size of 355,0 x 129,44 m and a height of 18,0 m from the planning elevation of the ground surface to the top of the parapet. For a conditional mark of 0,000, the mark of the clean floor of the 1st floor of the building was taken. In the one-story main building, the design documentation provides for the placement of: chambers designed to store products in different temperature conditions, AUPT, washing equipment, charging batteries and a heating room. In one-story extensions to the hull, engineering facilities for the building and engine rooms were designed. ABK is a four-story extension to the main building, on the floors of which it is designed: on the ground floor - security premises, inspection room, driver's premises, terminal issuance and storage of numbered vests, cash desk, electrical panel room; on the second floor - a first-aid post, a veterinarian's office and dressing rooms for street, home and overalls with showers and bathrooms; on the third floor - a dining room for 92 seats, meeting rooms, administrative offices. on the fourth floor - administrative premises, a meeting room and a ventilation chamber. Bathrooms and cleaning equipment rooms are designed on all floors. The checkpoint is a one-story building with plan dimensions of 12,0 x 9,0 m and a height of 3,75 m from the ground level to the top of the parapet. The building provides for the placement of a vestibule, a pass office, security rooms and bathrooms. The garage is a one-story building with plan dimensions of 36,0 x 9,0 m and a height of 7,65 m from the ground level to the top of the parapet. The building is designed to store equipment, rest rooms, masters' rooms and a collector. The boiler room is a one-story building with plan dimensions of 9,0 x 5,6 m and a height of 4,27 m from the planning mark of the ground surface to the top of the parapet. Local wastewater treatment plant - a two-story building with dimensions in terms of 6,0 x 6,0 m and a height of 5,984 m from the planning ground level to the top of the cover. The building is designed: on the first floor - a collector, on the second floor - a wastewater treatment room. The interior decoration of the premises of the designed buildings is provided in accordance with their functional and technological purpose from materials that have hygienic certificates. Covering of the main building, administrative and amenity part - flat, with an internal drain. The roofing of the checkpoint buildings, the garage, the boiler house and the local wastewater treatment plant is flat, with an external unorganized drain, the roof of the checkpoint and garage buildings is made of rolled materials, the boiler house and the building of the local wastewater treatment plant is made of roofing sandwich panels. Exterior finishing of all designed buildings - factory painting of sandwich panels, finishing of the basement of extensions to the main building and the garage building - clinker tiles, checkpoint buildings and local sewage treatment facilities - plaster on the grid, boiler room - profiled sheet. The project documentation provides for measures to ensure the possibility of visiting the administrative and amenity annex by people with limited mobility in accordance with SNiP 35-01-2001

Structural and space-planning solutions

Main building with ABC. Building responsibility level – II. The main body is divided by expansion joints into 4 blocks and separated by an expansion joint from the administrative building. The building was designed according to the bonded structural scheme. Columns - prefabricated reinforced concrete 400x400 and 600x400 from B30 concrete. The main step of the columns is 24x12 m. External walls - sandwich panels 120 mm thick, installed on the plinth three-layer reinforced concrete panels 250 mm thick, with insulation. Concrete class B20, W6, F75. Internal walls and partitions are designed from foam concrete 200 mm thick and from plasterboard sheets on a metal frame 120 mm thick. Foam concrete D600, B3,5. In the ABK, the columns are a square pipe 300x7 (GOST 30245-2003) made of S255 steel. The pitch of the columns is variable. Ceilings of ABK - a monolithic reinforced concrete slab on a profiled sheet H114-750-0,9. The total thickness of the floor slab is 170 mm. Concrete class B25. Ceilings are supported by metal I-beams No. 30B1 and 40B1 according to STO ASChM 20-93. Covering - roof and under-rafter trusses made of bent-welded profiles (beams in ABC), on which a profiled sheet H114-750-0,8 ÷ H114-750-1 and a waterproofing carpet are laid. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building within each temperature block is ensured by the joint work of columns, vertical and horizontal metal ties. The calculation of load-bearing structures was carried out at the ING+ PVC. The foundations are designed as piles. Piles - driven, with a section of 350x350 and a length of 16 m (according to series 1.011.1-10 issue 1). Grills - monolithic reinforced concrete detached. Grills are designed from concrete class B30, W6, F150. Concrete preparation 100 mm thick is provided under the grillages. The relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute mark of 16.10. Stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete marching platforms. In accordance with the report on engineering and geological surveys, the base of the piles will be light, silty, soft-plastic loams with E = 90 kgf / cm²; IL=0,57; c=0,13 kgf/cm²; φ=14º and light silty semi-solid loams with Е=140 kgf/cm²; IL=0,13; c=0,33 kgf/cm²; φ=20º. The design load on the pile - not less than 68 tf - was determined according to static sounding data. Forces in piles, according to static calculation, do not exceed 59 tf. The maximum groundwater level is near the daylight surface. Groundwater is non-aggressive to concrete of normal permeability. In order to protect the concrete of underground structures, the concrete grade for water resistance is W6.

Garage. Building responsibility level – II. The buildings are designed according to the frame structural scheme. The frame columns are designed from columned I-beam 20K1 according to STO ASChM 20-93. The coating is a profiled sheet (with insulation and a waterproofing carpet) along the metal beams of the frame from an I-beam 30Sh2 and girders from an I-beam 25B1 according to STO ASCHM 20-93. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of the pinched columns and the horizontal connections of the roof disk. External walls - hinged type "sandwich" 120 mm thick. Internal walls and partitions are designed from foam concrete 200 mm thick and from plasterboard on a metal frame 120 mm thick. Foam concrete D600, B3,5. Foundations - tape, from monolithic reinforced concrete, thickness 400 mm. Concrete B20, W6, F200. Sand preparation with a thickness of 300 mm is provided under the foundation. The relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute mark of 14.60. The calculation of load-bearing structures was carried out at the ING+ PVC. In accordance with the report on engineering-geological surveys, the foundations will be based on light, silty, hard-plastic loams with E = 110 kgf / cm²; c=0,14 kgf/cm²; φ=19º. Estimated soil resistance at the base of the foundation slab R=2,78 kg/cm2. Pressure under the sole p=1,13 kg/cm2. In order to protect the concrete of underground structures, the concrete grade for water resistance is W6. Estimated expected draft S=0,04 cm.

Boiler room. The boiler room is designed from easily assembled metal structures with sandwich paneling. The columns are designed from a closed bent profile 160x5 mm, etc. (connections from a bent-welded pipe 80x4) in accordance with GOST 30245-2003. The maximum step of the columns is 5,6x6 m. Steel C245. Cover beams are designed from I-beams 30B1. Steel C245. External walls - hinged "sandwich" panels 100 mm thick. The coating is made of "sandwich" panels 100 mm thick along the girders (channel 20) and the coating beams. Spatial rigidity and stability of buildings is provided by vertical and horizontal connections. The chimney (2 gas outlets with an outer diameter of 400 mm) ~12 m high is fixed on a spatial metal structure installed on its own foundation. The metal structures of the chimneys are made of racks (a pipe with a diameter of 159x5), united by a grate of a pipe 89x4. The foundations are taken in the form of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 300 mm thick, concrete B25, W6, F100. Under the foundation, concrete preparation 100 mm thick is provided on a sand cushion 200 mm thick. The foundation of the chimney is columnar, made of monolithic reinforced concrete, concrete B15, W6, F150. A 100 mm thick concrete preparation is provided under the foundation. The relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute mark of 15.20. The calculation of load-bearing structures was carried out at the ING+ PVC. In accordance with the report on engineering-geological surveys, the foundations will be based on light, silty, hard-plastic loams with E = 110 kgf / cm²; c=0,19 kgf/cm²; φ=21º and plastic sandy loam with E=130 kgf/cm²; c=0,14 kgf/cm²; φ=25º. Estimated soil resistance of the base R=2,76 kg/cm2. The pressure on the foundation soil is not more than p = 0,36 kg / cm2. In order to protect the concrete of underground structures, the concrete grade for water resistance is W6, side surfaces are coated with hot bitumen twice.

DES - diesel power plant. Diesel power plant is a factory-made product with a certificate of conformity. The diesel power plant is installed on a foundation slab of monolithic reinforced concrete 450 mm thick on a sand cushion 1300 mm thick. Concrete class B25, W6, F200. The relative elevation of the top of the foundation slab (0.000) corresponds to the absolute elevation of 15.25. In accordance with the report on engineering and geological surveys, the base of the sand cushion will be plastic sandy loam with E = 130 kgf / cm²; c=0,14 kgf/cm²; φ=25º. Estimated soil resistance of the base R=2,21 kg/cm2. The pressure on the base soil is not more than p = 0,12 kg / cm2. Expected draft ~ 0,05 cm. In order to protect the concrete of underground structures, the concrete grade for water resistance is W6.
