Structural and space-planning solutions

Structural solutions are developed for the following construction conditions: building responsibility level - I6; degree of fire resistance - I; calculated average monthly temperature -26 С° (SNiP 23-01-99); snow load is assumed to be Sg=1.8 kPa (III snow region); standard value of wind pressure Wo=0.3 kPa (II region according to SNiP 2.01.07-85*). The values of standard loads are taken in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 2.01.07-85*. Structural analysis was performed in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 52-01-2003. The protective layer of reinforced concrete load-bearing structures is adopted in accordance with SNiP II-2-80. The geological structure of the site according to drilling data to a depth of 32.0 m is represented by: modern technogenic formations (tIV), Upper Quaternary deposits of lacustrine-glacial (igui) and glacial (gIII) genesis, occurring on Lower Cambrian clays (G1). Technogenic formations are represented by compacted bulk soils up to 4.2 m thick. It should be noted the heterogeneity of the lithological composition of EGE-1 and the presence of organic matter and interlayers of weakly peaty soils in them. Lacustrine-glacial deposits are represented by semi-solid loams (IGE-2) underlying technogenic formations at depths of 1.8–4.2 m (abs. elev. 5.1 m - 7.6 m). The thickness of the loams was 1.0 m - 5.1 m. Glacial deposits are represented by a layer of loams from soft-plastic to semi-solid consistency, locally - by hard sandy loams. Glacial deposits are exposed at depths of 4.2 m - 7.1 m (abs. elev. 2.1 m - 5.2 m). The total thickness of the glacial stratum reaches 19.8 m. Deposits of the Cambrian system of the lower section are exposed at depths of 21.0 m - 24.4 m (abs. elev. minus 11.5 mm - minus 15.2 m) and are represented by hard clays. The exposed clay thickness reaches 11.0 m. In the studied area, groundwater is confined to interlayers, lenses and nests of sands in clayey soils of technogenic formations, lacustrine-glacial and glacial genesis. For the survey period, groundwater was discovered by all wells at depths of 0.9 m -2.6 m (abs. elev. 6.7 m - 8.4 m). The waters are unpressurised. The maximum levels of groundwater should be expected close to the surface of the earth (abs. elev. ~8.0 m - 9.0 m). Bulk soils (IGE-1) and lacustrine-glacial loams (IGE-2) occur in the freezing zone. The normative depth of seasonal freezing of bulk soils is 1.69 m, loams -1.14 m. The remaining soils lie below the depth of seasonal freezing. According to the degree of frost hazard, soils in the freezing zone are medium heaving (IGE-1) and strongly heaving (IGE-2) - t.B.27 GOST 25100-95. Groundwater, in accordance with SNiP 2.03.11-85, is non-aggressive to concrete grades W4, W6, W8 and to reinforcement of reinforced concrete structures (app. 5, sheet 3).3. Groundwater, in accordance with GOST 9.602-2005, has low corrosive aggressiveness in relation to the lead sheath of the cable and high - to aluminum (adj. 5, sheet 4). Soils, in accordance with GOST 9.602-2005, have a high degree of corrosive aggressiveness in relation to structures made of carbon and low alloy steel. The EGE 5 layer (E=14,0 MPa, IL=0.25, c=36.0 kPa, f=25°) was taken as the foundation soil under the lower end of the piles. Bored piles made using the "Fundex" technology were adopted for the work. Cutting tip diameter d=670 mm, barrel diameter 520 mm. Pile material: concrete class B30, water permeability mark W=6, frost resistance mark F=100. The design load for BNS 520/670-172 piles is 180 tf. The constructive scheme of the building is solved by a frame-braced frame, where the main load-bearing structures are formed by a system of columns, horizontal floor disks, beams and vertical stiffening diaphragms. The monolithic load-bearing reinforced concrete frame of the Archive building was designed on the basis of calculations made in the calculation and analytical program "Structure CAD Office v.11.5" License No. 58902A6C. Monolithic reinforced concrete load-bearing structures are made of class B30 concrete. Reinforced with separate rods, meshes and frames from the working reinforcement A500 for bar elements and A400 for plate elements. Structural fittings adopted class A240. Reinforcing cages should be made according to the drawings of the KZh brand.
