Architectural and space-planning solutions

A three-storey building with a basement, L-shaped building with reinforced concrete walls was designed. One-story volumes adjoin the ends of the 3-storey part - a passport office with an independent entrance, a closed parking lot for 5 cars. The main entrance to the ATC department is from the corner of the three-story part. Entrances to the basement floor - through the pits and a dedicated part of the LK volume. General dimensions of the building in the axes - 43,0 x 42,1 m. The height of the building from the ground level to the top of the roof parapet - 13,30 m. The maximum height - marks of the parapets of the LC, the engine room of the elevator, the ventilation chamber - 15,90 m. The height to the top of the parapets of one-story parts - 5,50 m. The width of the main building - 13,30 m. Above the entrance to the passport office - a canopy on three supports with a height from the entrance platform to the bottom of the structure - 3,95 m. External reinforced concrete walls - with mineral wool insulation and a ventilated curtain wall with an outer layer of aluminum composite panels in two colors. Window frame elements - galvanized steel with enamel coating. Plinth - lining with Putilov stone. Facing of external stairs and ramps - granite slabs. Window fillings - metal-plastic profiles with two-chamber tinted double-glazed windows. Above the parapets, fences made of painted steel pipes were designed. The coating is flat, combined. Roofing - rolled with concrete tiles with internal drains. Drainage from one-story volumes - external unorganized. The building has three L1-type stairwells, two of which have access to the roof. The set of premises and the layout of the building correspond to the functional purpose. Access to the MGN building and wheelchair users is provided - ramps, an elevator, fire zones, sanitary facilities, and the appropriate width of doorways are provided. At one of the entrances to the site, a checkpoint was designed with dimensions in the axes of 4,0 x 3,7 m, a height from ground level to the overhang of the eaves of 3,16 m. The walls of the checkpoint are reinforced concrete, mineral wool, plaster on the grid. The plinth cladding is a Putilov stone 0,75 m high. Two types of fences were designed for the site - a solid reinforced concrete fence 3,0 m high, 217,4 m long, and a lattice steel fence 2,76 m high, 142,2 m long, with a Putilov stone plinth 0,75 m high. 9.2.2. Engineering survey Technical report on engineering and geological surveys completed, registered by the Geological and Geodetic ServiceEngineering and geological surveys were carried out in accordance with the assignment for the foundation in the form of a slab on a natural base, stage "P, RP". Engineering-geological conditions of the site belong to the II category of complexity. On the construction site, 3 wells with a depth of 20 m and 2 static sounding points were drilled. Field studies of soils by the method of static sounding have been carried out. When compiling the report, materials from wells from 1989 were used. In the course of office processing, 7 engineering-geological elements (EGE) were identified. Modern technogenic, modern lacustrine-marine and Upper Quaternary lacustrine-glacial and glacial deposits take part in the geological structure of the site at the drilling depth. From the surface to a depth of 4.6-4.7 m, alluvial and slightly peaty soils occur, which are characterized by strong and uneven settlement under load. The relative aquiclude is glacial deposits. The maximum level of groundwater is at the earth's surface at an absolute mark of 4,5-5,1 m. Groundwater is not aggressive to concrete of normal permeability. Alluvial soils EGE-1 are highly heaving soils.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The level of responsibility of the building is normal. The building was designed according to a cross-wall structural scheme with frame elements made of monolithic reinforced concrete and is divided by sedimentary seams into three blocks. The material of the supporting structures is B25F150 class concrete, A400, A240 reinforcement. External and internal walls - load-bearing monolithic reinforced concrete 200 mm thick. Along the axes "P" and "P" - the thickness of the walls is 400 mm. Along the E axis 8-11, the wall thickness is 300 mm. The outer walls are finished with the Kraspan AL hinged facade system. Columns - section 400 x 400 mm. The width of the beams is 200-400 mm, the height of the beams, including the slab, is 400-700 mm. Ceilings and roofing - monolithic reinforced concrete slabs 200 mm thick. The coating is in operation, the temporary load on the coating is assumed to be 150 kg/m2. Normative temporary loads on floors for a gym - 400 kg / m2, in archives - 500 kg / m2, in rooms for storing weapons, special equipment and ventilation chambers - 300 kg / m2. The walls of the stairwells are monolithic reinforced concrete, the landings and marches are prefabricated reinforced concrete. The rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of the longitudinal and transverse walls with hard floor disks. The foundations are taken on a pile basis. Piles - driven reinforced concrete typical section 30 x 30 cm, length 11m. Concrete B25W8F75. The grillage is a monolithic reinforced concrete tape with a section of 60 x 60 cm. Concrete preparation 100 mm thick is provided under the grillage. Concrete grillage B25W6F150, reinforcement A400. Pairing of piles and grillage is rigid. The design load on the pile was taken to be 57 tons and 77 tons according to the data of static sounding of soils. Prior to mass pile driving, static tests are provided to confirm the bearing capacity of piles on the ground. Partitions - brick of solid brick 120 mm and 250 mm thick. The floor slab in the basement of one-story blocks and in axes 8-11, m / o Zh-I of the three-story part is provided with a thickness of 200 mm and is separated from the supporting structures of the foundation. In the rest of the building - the basement floor on the ground from a layer of crushed stone 200mm with bitumen pouring over a sand and gravel compacted pad 1m thick. The above-ground part of the building was calculated using the SCAD11.3 software package. The calculation scheme takes into account the joint work of the building with the base. The relative mark of 0,00 corresponds to the absolute mark of 5,300. In accordance with engineering and geological surveys, the tip of the piles is immersed in the EGE-7 soil, silty sandy loam with gravel, pebbles, hard boulders with e=0,267 IL=-1,0 E=320 kg/cm2. The expected settlement of the building is 29 mm. The project provides for drainage near the foundation, which protects the basement from flooding. The site has a security zone of underground cable lines and sewer tunnel collectors. Dive piles adopted indentation. A block transformer substation built in 30 falls into the 2000-meter construction risk zone. Inspection of the technical condition of the TP completed. Construction impacts on the existing building are not expected. The design of the territory fencing is a monolithic reinforced concrete wall 160 mm thick on a monolithic reinforced concrete strip foundation and a metal lattice fence on a monolithic reinforced concrete strip foundation. Foundation deepening - 45 cm on concrete preparation 100 mm thick. Protection against the effects of frost heaving forces is provided by adding ASG. The fence is separated by expansion joints through 25-30 m. Concrete B25W6F100. The checkpoint building is a monolithic reinforced concrete box formed by a 200 mm thick foundation slab and 160 mm thick walls. Under the foundation, a sand cushion 300 mm thick with a layer of foam plastic is provided, which protects the base soil from freezing and serves as a heat insulator for the checkpoint room. The supporting structure of the coating is a wooden truss system. Material - concrete B25W6F100, reinforcement A400 and A240.
