Background:

The space-planning solution was determined taking into account the requirements of the customer in accordance with the agreed design task. The building is one-storey with dimensions in the axes of 18,0 x 27,0 m, without a basement. The projected building of the rural house of culture provides for: a universal hall measuring 12x18 m for meetings, cinema, concerts and sporting events; foyer for discos; library; circle; artistic with a storehouse of scenery; administration office; bathrooms; attached boiler room.

Constructive decisions:

When designing the building of the house of culture, measures are provided to ensure the requirements of energy efficiency: the use of a compact form of the building, which provides a significant reduction in the consumption of thermal energy for heating the building; the outer walls of the building are designed from an efficient expanded clay concrete block with silicate brick cladding; placement of warmer and more humid rooms near the inner walls of the building; the device of the entrance node with a vestibule; the use of effective translucent fences made of PVC profiles filled with double-glazed windows; an attached boiler house was designed to ensure minimal losses of thermal energy;
