The planned building of the House of Culture is a rectangular building with dimensions in the axes - 20,8 m x 29,8 m. The building provides for the premises of an auditorium for 100 seats, a dance studio, a library, a music circle, a theater circle, a literary circle, a cinema room, a dressing room and technical rooms. The foundations of the building are reinforced concrete columnar foundations with a sand bed 400 mm thick. The frame of the building is monolithic reinforced concrete. The outer walls of the building - masonry of foam concrete blocks 400 mm thick, with Tekhnovent-Optima insulation, 100 mm thick. Roofing - sandwich panels for metal structures (in the axes V-D / 1-5); pitched from profiled sheet CH 44-1000-0,7 for wooden structures (in axes A-B / 1-5 and A-D / 5-6). Filling window openings - window blocks made of PVC profile with double-glazed windows. Filling doorways - reinforced door blocks in the outer walls; internal door blocks - made of PVC profiles and metal fireproof. The project provides for an autonomous system of hot and cold water supply and sewerage. The source of cold water supply is the projected well. Domestic and drinking water supply is provided from drinking water storage tanks with a capacity of 1 m3 - 2 pcs. The supply of water from the reserve tanks to the internal network is provided by the Nubgo 1e11P5 self-priming pumping unit with a pneumatic tank with a capacity of 60 liters. Hot water supply is carried out according to a closed circuit from Termex electric water heaters with a capacity of 80 liters and 150 liters. The project provides for a supply and exhaust ventilation system with mechanical and natural induction, an autonomous heating system, a smoke exhaust system and air overpressure. The source of heat supply is Eakop RTE 45-2 electric boilers located in the boiler room. The project provides for automatic fire alarm systems; power electrical equipment and electric lighting of the building. All rooms are equipped with furniture, equipment, office equipment, inventory; it is planned to equip the cultural center with light and sound equipment and musical instruments. Power supply is provided from the projected diesel power plant. The source of fire-fighting water supply for the building is the projected fire-fighting water supply tanks with a capacity of 50 m3 in the amount of 6 pcs. Discharge of sewage is provided in the projected septic tank.
