Architectural and planning solution

The basis of the compositional solution is the creation of the main planning dominant in the form of an extended alley of newlyweds along the street. The alley of the newlyweds passes through the circular area with a memorial sign "Storks" and has a planning connection with the territory of the regional registry office. The project provides for a partial redevelopment of the territory, taking into account existing transits, with the allocation of a quiet recreation area for adults and a play area for children of different ages with the installation of play and sports equipment. In the planning decision, the territory of playgrounds is equidistant from the gas pollution of the main city highways, as well as from intra-block technical passages of shopping centers. All main transit paths are equipped with garden benches complete with trash cans. Along the street and the avenue, it is planned to install a lawn fence (with a thematic pattern on the theme “love, family, wedding”). The Alley of the Newlyweds and the area with the commemorative sign have a combined tiled paving (tile "brick" and tiles imitating natural stone). The main areas of the square (the alley of the newlyweds, quiet recreation areas, a platform with a memorial sign) are decorated with elements of vertical gardening.

Vertical layout. Drainage

The territory of the square is underestimated in its central part. Absolute marks fluctuate 22.09-22.94m, the lowest marks are in the central part, the highest are along the perimeter of the site. As a result, the central part of the square is flooded. Drainage along sidewalks and platforms is accepted as open, due to the lack of rain sewerage. Drainage of the territory of the sites and stuffed paths is provided by a closed tubular drainage with a release into the existing storm sewer, and an embankment is also provided in the central part of the site. Longitudinal slopes of coatings are accepted 0,5-1,5%, transverse slopes of coatings - 2%. The transverse profile is more expensive and the sidewalks are sloping. The vertical layout is solved in design marks. Planning marks of the territory are accepted taking into account: marks of streets and sidewalks adjacent to this site; marks of the existing relief on the site. TOPavement designs are adopted in accordance with the standard album "Pavement A-385-88".

Landscaping

Before the start of the design, a survey of green spaces was carried out. As a result, 41 trees were recommended for felling and 42 for replanting. The dendroplane shows the planned landings. New plantings are made with the aim: firstly, to make up for the losses in existing plantings (in this case, the same species are planted), and secondly, to emphasize the contrast of spaces filled with plantations with closed crowns, with small clearings. The alternation of such spaces creates dynamics in the perception of the garden when moving along the paths, as well as when viewing stationary from places intended for relaxation. The concept of landscaping is based on ensuring the decorativeness of the square all year round. The range of tree and shrub vegetation is selected in such a way as to decorate the square at any time of the year, in addition, most of the plants used in landscaping this square are frost-resistant, drought-resistant and not demanding on the soil. This project presents a detailed study of the planning solution for the territory adjacent to the building of the registry office of the Kalininsky district, including the alley of the newlyweds.

Small architectural forms

The playground for children will be equipped with play equipment, which is manufactured and supplied by Russian certified manufacturers. All sports and gaming equipment is located taking into account security zones. The territory (ceremonial zone) adjacent to the building of the registry office of the district is decorated with MAF-arcs for planting annuals (Production "Fronton Plus") and ground flowerpots.
