General information.

The residential building is a two-story building with a basement and a cold attic. The axial dimensions of the building in terms of 52,25x15,48m. The mark of 0,00 is the level of the finished floor of the first floor, which corresponds to the absolute mark of 282,60. The clear height of the basement floor is 2,55 m, 1,2 floors - 3,0 m. The building is heated. Structural scheme of the building - wall. The foundations are prefabricated reinforced concrete. Bearing external and internal walls made of silicate solid brick of the SURP-M150 / F / 1,8 brand GOST 379-2015 on a cement-sand solution of the M75 brand - 380, 510mm. Partitions in rooms with wet processes - from ceramic solid brick of the KR-R brand according to 250x120x88 / 1,4NF / 100 / 2,0 / 25 GOST 530-2012 on a cement-sand solution of the M50 brand - 120mm. Interior partitions - from GSP-A according to Knauf technology (C112), GSP-A 2x12,5 on a metal frame 75 mm with a heater - TECHNOLIGHT Extra min. plates 75 mm thick - 125 mm. The building has two evacuation stairs L1 in axes 1-2/B-D and in axes 4-5/B-D. Stairs - reinforced concrete prefabricated. Stair flights and landings have railings with handrails on one side and wall handrails on the other side (clause 5.2.2 of SP 1.13130.2009, clause 6.6 of SP145.13330.2012), the height of the fences and the height of fastening of the wall handrails is 1,2 m (clause 4.3.4 .1.13130.2009 SP XNUMX). The width of the flights of stairs is 1500mm. The width of the escape route along the stairs is 1350 mm (from the fence to the wall handrail) (clause 4.4.1 of SP 1.13130.2009), the width of the flight of stairs in the axes 1-2 / V-D (the part between the 1st floor and the basement) - 1200mm (from walls to railings). Fastening of protections is made in an end face of flights of stairs and platforms. External doors are equipped with devices for self-closing (door closers). Door blocks internal PVC a profile, metal, metal fire-prevention. A canopy was designed over the porch and ramp of the main entrance. Access to the attic is carried out by a ladder-ladder through a hatch located in the stairwell in axes 4-5/B-D on the landing of the 2nd floor. Access to the roof is provided by a fire escape type P1-1 with a platform located on the facade 1-8 along the axis A/7. Access from the roof to the attic is provided through a window measuring 0,6x0,8m. Evacuation exits are located dispersed. The basement is provided with two evacuation exits to the outside - in the axes 1 / B (through the vestibule) and in the axes A-B / 8 (through the corridor and the vestibule). The block of rooms for temporary storage of corpses has a separate exit. The fire extinguishing pumping station has a separate exit. The block of rooms for refrigerated chambers has a separate exit. The ITP room has one exit to the corridor (clause 14.25 of SP 124.13330.2012). The first floor has four emergency exits - in the axes B-V / 1 (through the corridor), in the axes 2-3 / G (through the corridor), in the axes 4-5 / G (through the stairwell), in the axes 6-7 / G (through the lobby). The assembly hall for 60 seats has two emergency exits - in axes B-V/7 (through the vestibule) and in axes 7-8/A (directly outside). The dining hall has two dispersed evacuation exits. Evacuation from the premises of the second floor is provided through the corridor, then through two evacuation stairwells to the outside. On the second floor in the elevator hall (room 2.13) in axes 3-4/B-D, a fire-safe zone is provided. The area of ​​the fire-safe zone is 20,0 m², and is designed for temporary accommodation of 2 residents of MGN (clause 6.2.26 of SP 59.13330.2016). Planning organization of the building - corridor type. The living room, household and auxiliary premises are located on both sides of the corridor. Staircases are located dispersed. Functionally, the premises of the residential building are divided into three groups. 1. A group of residential and public buildings. 2. A group of medical and administrative premises. 3. Group of sanitary and technical premises. Living rooms are located in axes 1-5/A-B on the 1st floor and 1-8/A-B on the 2nd floor, oriented to the southwest. They have a direct connection with public premises. Public premises are located on 2 floors: a conference hall for 60 seats, a dining room for 40 seats, a visitor's room - on the 1st floor; exercise therapy room, club rooms, psychological relief room, hall-living room - on the 2nd floor. A group of medical and administrative premises are concentrated on the 2nd floor.
