Technological solutions.

The project provides for the placement of a historical and local history museum and an information and cultural center in a reconstructed building. The building is located in the central historical part of the city, in close proximity to the existing local history museum of the city, which will move into a renovated building. The number of service personnel is 23 people (see the staffing table). Working hours - 1 shift (8 hours) from 10 to 18. The height of the premises of the building is from 3.3 to 4.2 meters, The facility being designed is intended to accommodate historical expositions related to the history of the city, thematic and personal and traveling exhibitions, holding information, literary and concert events. The building will house a storage facility designed to store up to 5 exhibits. The building will house the scientific department of the museum, its administrative part, a computer room, a conference room. The main entrance to the building is organized from the side of the city square, through which along the bypass channel there is an asphalt entrance and parking for cars. To be able to enter the building from the side of the alley, the project provides for a passage along the end of the residential building to the main entrance at the site of the old emergency extension. When solving the issues of organizing the work of the museum, the project took into account the most rational technological flows, taking into account ergonomic and sanitary and hygienic standards. The main entrance to the building is combined with the lobby group, which includes a small wardrobe, toilets for visitors, a kiosk with a ticket office, a security room, a main staircase, toilet rooms for visitors (including a toilet for people with limited mobility). The following groups of rooms are located on the 1st floor: Entrance group for museum visitors; exposition group; Entrance group for museum staff; Technical buildings; Two halls of the information center; The room of the art and design workshop; The attic houses the following groups of rooms: administrative premises; Computer room of the information and cultural center; Conference hall; Research staff offices; Depository. Technical buildings. All halls, offices and premises with a permanent stay of people have normative natural lighting. Exhibition halls are equipped with exhibition stands with built-in illumination of a domestic manufacturer, an air conditioning system to maintain a microclimate, a video surveillance system and a fire alarm. The premises of information centers are equipped with chairs for spectators, a video display system with a drop-down screen and curtains on the windows, an acoustic system with microphones and speakers. Office premises and cabinets are equipped with a set of office furniture, a wardrobe for outerwear and work clothes, personal computers. When concluding contracts for the supply of equipment and furniture, the customer must obtain the necessary certificates of conformity and sanitary and epidemiological conclusions. The percentage of exhibits exhibited at the permanent exhibition of the total number of storage units is 8%, which corresponds to the norms (7-12%). The category of the museum is determined by the amount of funds. This museum belongs to category V (from 2 to 10 thousand units). The following indicators were adopted for calculating the areas of the reception area for visitors: the area of the permanent exhibition hall is 243,77 m2; the number of working days of the museum in a year -300 days; (52 days off + 12 days off + 1 new year = 65 days) number of museum hours per day - 8 hours 8 temporary exhibitions per year, The area norm per 1 visitor of the permanent exhibition is 4 m2. One-time number of visitors to the permanent exhibition 300 people; 4= 60 people Of these, 70% are single visitors, 30% are in excursion groups. Cash lobby 0,05*60=3,0 m2 Vestibule 0,2*60=12,0 m2 Wardrobe 0,1*60=6,0 m2 Number of visitors per day 60*5=300 people (8 hour/1.5 hour =5,3 hour) per year 300 people * 300 days. =90000 people, Norm of area per 1 visitor of the temporary exhibition -2,5 m2 The main passage to the exposition is 2-3 m, secondary - 1,5-2 m The height of the exposition belt is 1,5-1,7 m at a distance of 80-90 m from the floor. The calculation of the area of the premises of the archive was made taking into account the growth of the museum's collection over 5 years. Total Expo. Storage new post . for 5 years 3400 units - 282 units = 3118 units + 1911 units = 5029 units in storage With the complex storage of exhibits in this museum, there can be 100-120 units. per 1m2 of storage area. Thus, the area of the storage facility is equal to: 5029 units: 120 units = 41.90 m2

Architectural and space-planning solutions

The reconstructed building is L-shaped in plan, one-storey, with an attic, without a basement. An attic floor was designed in the attic space. The overall dimensions of the building are 81,42 x 23,96 m. The width of the long part of the building is 11,44 m. The height of the cornice from ground level is 4,79 m, the height of the roof ridge is 8,69 m. The floor mark is taken as a relative mark of 0,000 the first floor - corresponding to the absolute mark of 4.07 m. In accordance with the design documentation for the reconstruction of the building, the existing brick walls are plastered with plaster profiles drawn out and insulated from the inside. Brick walls along the axes A. B. 13, 14, 15 are rebuilt and insulated from the outside. Places of entrances and volumes of stairwells are accentuated by curvilinear attics. The basement is the carrying out Putilov plate. Two new L1 type stairwells have been designed. New roofing of the attic - with a fracture and the installation of vertical windows. The roof is gable, made of galvanized roofing steel. Drainage - external, organized. Window and door fillings - wooden, individual execution. On the first floor, two vestibule groups of premises, exhibition and exposition halls, two halls of the information center, two workshops, technical premises were designed. On the second (attic) floor there are rooms for the museum staff: a conference room with a foyer, a library, a depository, household and administrative premises, ventilation chambers. Floors - porcelain stoneware, oak parquet, linoleum, polymer coating. Service of MGN, including the disabled, is provided on the first floor.

Structural and space-planning solutions:

Structural scheme of the existing building: In axes 1-6 / B-E - an incomplete frame with load-bearing longitudinal and transverse walls and a grid of columns and girders. In axes 6-15 / B-E and 13-15 / A-B - frameless with load-bearing longitudinal and transverse walls. The spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by the joint work of the metal frame, brick walls and floor discs. The foundations under the brick walls are rubble on lime mortar, under the frame columns - columnar monolithic concrete. Under the walls of the extension m / o 13-15 / A-B - made of red brick on lime mortar. Frame - metal columns and girders. The walls are solid red brick with lime mortar. Lintels - reinforced concrete, metal and brick wedge-shaped. Covers: in axes 1-6/B-E - prefabricated reinforced concrete flooring BOD; in axes 6-15 / B-E - on wooden beams; in axes 13-15 / A-B - prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs BPR on metal beams. Roofing - roofing steel on wooden sloping rafters. A survey of the foundations with a fragment of the pits found that the foundations are in working condition, with the exception of the foundations of m / o 13-15 / A-B. The laying of the foundations of m / o 13-15 / A-B in many places is destroyed and heavily moistened. The technical condition of the foundations is inoperable.Nthe bearing soil of the base of the existing foundations of the building is brown sandy loam with gravel and pebbles, semi-solid with the following physical and mechanical characteristics: γ=2,15 tf/m3; ε=0,416; JL = -0,51; E = 400 kg/cm3. The maximum level of groundwater of the "perch water" type in the regime well No. 51 is at a depth of 1,3 m from the earth's surface during the period of heavy precipitation and snowmelt. The verification calculation established that the increase in the load on the foundations along the B and E axes will not exceed 10% of the existing one before the reconstruction, therefore, taking into account the compaction of the foundation soil, no strengthening of the foundations is required. The foundations along the G/1-6 axis under the metal racks are overloaded. The brickwork of the walls, in general, is efficient, however, in some sections of the wall there are deformations in the form of cracks, the walls are affected by dampness. Laboratory tests of brickwork by the test center established: brick grade M-75, mortar M-50. The compressive strength of brickwork is 7,5 MPa. It has been established by calculation that the brickwork of the walls, taking into account the additional load, does not require reinforcement. The technical condition of the floor m / o 1-6 / B-E is operational. Wooden beam ceilings are in disrepair and need to be replaced. Metal columns and frame runs m / o 1-6 - in working order. The existing truss system is in a state of disrepair. The project documentation provides for: dismantling of existing foundations, walls, ceilings of the annex m / o 13-15 / A-B; to unload the foundations under the metal columns of the frame m / o 1-6 / B-E, additional metal columns are provided. Foundations for columns - monolithic reinforced concrete columnar concrete of class B15; dismantling of the wall along the D / 6-8 axis and the installation of brick pillars on monolithic reinforced concrete foundations; in axes 6-15 / B-E - installation of a metal frame on monolithic reinforced concrete columnar foundations; new foundations for the walls of the stairs along the axes 4, Г/3-4; 11;G / 11-12 and walls of the annex m / o 13-15 / A-V - tape monolithic concrete, concrete of class B15; new walls and brick pillars along the D / 6-8 axis - brickwork KP 100/25 GOST 530-95 on cement-sand mortar M50. Reinforce the masonry of the pillars through 3 rows of masonry Ø4Вр1 with a cell of 50 × 50 mm ...
