Design solutions according to the master plan

The working documentation for the "Restoration of the garden and park ensemble" provides for the restoration and reconstruction of the garden and park ensemble: Restoration of the historical drawing of the general plan; Restoration of the network of roads, driveways, technological and pedestrian directions; Restoration of the vertical planning of territories; Restoration of pavement material, taking into account the need to organize walking and walking directions; Restoration of the historical planning characteristics of lawns, their configuration and vertical marks; Restoration of the decorative design of lawns with the reconstruction of bulengrins on the main alley; Reconstruction of small forms according to preserved samples and analogues; Dendrological survey and sanitary felling of tree plantations; Installation of blind areas, sidewalks, ramps Replacement and restoration of green spaces; The main square of the complex - the central parterre - the entrance to the territory, is recreated according to the author's drawings of 1907-1910. In the center of the square, a large lawn of complex shape was designed with the arrangement of flower growers and plantings of clipped bushes in the form of balls. The central alley adjacent to the square - the main axis of the park ensemble is recreated with all the elements that were previously on it. The pavement of the square and the alley is designed in red brick-colored asphalt as an imitation of the historical pavement. The site on the central alley opposite pavilion 12a is being restored in a historical drawing. Conceived by the authors of the project in 1910 in the center of the site, the fountain and pool opposite pavilions 5 and 8 are not being restored, but are designed in the same configuration in the form of flower parterres framed by elevated concrete curbs. On both sides of the central alley, perpendicular to it between the pavilions, the historical planning is being restored with the construction of oval areas with lawns and entrances to the pavilions. The territory of the monument is surrounded by a new curb, a new vertical planning is being carried out, a new lawn is being arranged, cut bushes are planted along the contour. The area in front of the monument is paved with concrete slabs, two concrete vases are installed on the model of historical ones. The monument's granite is being cleaned and the loss repaired. At pavilion 35 (the building of the administration) a square was designed, on the western side, at the service entrance - a recreation area, according to the original layout. The bypass road is designed with a width of 5,5 m as a 2-lane intra-block passage. Between hospital pavilions 10-20 and 9-21, conditions have been created for access to the entrances to the pavilions and ambulance turns, while the historical layout has been preserved. Entrance to the pavilions of the even side (10-20) is proposed to be carried out from the northern section of the bypass road with a return exit to it to the pavilions of the odd side (9-21) from the southern section of the road. This makes it possible to do without crossing the central parterre and pedestrian alleys along it, which are intended for pedestrians and patients to rest. Along the northern section of the bypass road, stone structures for large-sized garbage are preserved and 4 container sites for garbage from hospital pavilions are designed. From the south, along this section of the road, the sidewalk is being restored. On the sites on the western side of pavilions 1/3 and 2/4, the historical layout has been recreated. In the areas near pavilions 5-7 and 6-8, the layout was made taking into account the new purpose of the buildings - educational and educational and medical. On the empty site between pavilions 33 and 35, the project proposed the construction of a new building, which was proposed for construction by the master plan of the authors of the project. In the future, the southern section of the bypass road on the territory adjacent to the church building from the north, in the future, it is planned to erect a new building of the Baptismal. The territory near the church, the pathology and anatomy pavilion and the educational pavilion 40 is designed as a single recreation area for parishioners, visitors to the pathology and anatomy department and students. The area adjacent to the security zone, bounded from the west by buildings 46 and 45 - a canteen and a hostel, from the east - by building No. 47, from the north - by a preserved section of a concrete fence, from the south - bypass road - is an administrative and economic zone and requires further additional design development, engineering preparation and design of the layout and development of buildings necessary for the functioning of the hospital complex. For a detailed study of individual nodes of the park layout, see. fragments of the master plan. Small architectural forms - lanterns, benches and urns, vases, flower beds, flower beds, are located on the general plan according to the historical drawing of 1910. The project provides for the manufacture of modern concrete similar to the preserved vases and urns. Decorative lanterns are manufactured by Saros according to analogues from the beginning of the XNUMXth century. Lawn fences are designed with metal similar to existing wooden ones. Garden benches on a metal base are designed according to the type of benches from the beginning of the XNUMXth century. Throughout the park, it is planned to recreate rich decorative flower decorations, flower beds and mowed lawns. Due to the impossibility in the real situation of lowering the blind area of individual buildings to the historical level, the drainage from the porches, pits and stairs, as well as the marks of the entrances to the pavilions, will be specified in the process of architectural supervision. To drain water from buildings, storm water inlets are designed with a connection to the storm sewer. Existing auxiliary buildings and structures (metal hangars, tanks, flyovers, unused fences, etc.) that do not meet the needs of modern use of the territory are demolished. Concrete and asphalt sites, entrances, dumps of sand, crushed stone, earth, embankments, landfills are dismantled and planning work is carried out in their place according to the project. The existing curbs are dismantled. Granite curbs are returned for reuse. Reconstruction of the historical concrete fence around the territory of the complex and the main entrance (see photo).

Project proposals.

In accordance with the task, it is planned to restore the vertical layout within the allotted boundaries. The main factor influencing the decision of vertical planning is the maximum preservation of existing green spaces. The implementation of the architectural and planning solution, when restoring the volume-spatial composition among the existing preserved green spaces, is carried out with minimal backfilling of plant land on lawns near existing trees (no more than 10 cm at the root neck of the tree). The main elements of the territory subjected to vertical planning are paths and platforms. In accordance with TSN 31-325-2002 and the Customer's task, strengthening of the road surface structure is provided, which includes the installation of a new asphalt surface of the main bypass road. The section is presented as follows: Scheme of pavements with structural sections by types of pavements. Relief organization plan. Graphic materials are drawn up in accordance with GOST 21.508-93, which allows the combination on one sheet of the drawing of the Road surface plan and the blind area plan. The existing blind area near the buildings is subject to dismantling. The device of a new blind area design was developed as part of architectural and construction solutions in accordance with the height of the existing building basement. The scope of work is presented in tabular form. Pavements are divided mainly according to the types of pavements, which are given on the "Plan of pavements". The thickness of the structural layers of the pavement is assigned in accordance with the recommendations of the standard album 4.503 KL-1 and taking into account the hydrogeological characteristics of the site. The longitudinal slope of the tray of the garden paths towards the nearest wells with rain inlets is taken at least 5 ppm. The cross slope of the road surface is not less than 2%. The assignment of marks at the entrances to the territory is carried out taking into account the preservation of the existing marks of the adjacent sidewalks and entrances. Design elevations inside the site are set on the basis of the proposed planning solution and existing elevations at the entrances to the buildings. The project proposes to keep the existing system of wastewater disposal in the organization of surface runoff when drawing up a plan for organizing the relief. Due to the lack of the possibility of draining water from the relief depressions, new storm water wells have been designed. The relief organization plan was made on the basis of the master plan and the layout plan. The volume of earthworks is given in the summary sheet on the plan of earth masses and calculated according to the cartogram.
