Architectural and space-planning solutions

The reconstructed building of a sports and recreation complex and a three-four-storey bathhouse was built in 2008. The building has an L-shaped shape in plan with maximum dimensions in the axes of 42,0x36,0 m. The maximum height of the building from ground level to the top of the parapet of the fourth floor is 17,0 m. floors - 1 m. The building has a flat roof with an internal drain, above the three-story volume there is an exploitable roof with an open light well in the center in the form of a patio at the level of the third floor. The patio is preserved. The part of the building overlooking the intersection of streets is four-story and glazed to the full height in the area of ​​the main entrances. The rest of the building is in the form of a three-story building with ribbon windows and porcelain stoneware cladding according to the system of ventilated facades. An external exit from the stairwell at axes B, 1 and the installation of two window openings in the pool hall on the first floor were designed. For a relative mark of 0,000, the level of the finished floor of the first floor is taken. The project documentation provides for the reconstruction of the building in the existing dimensions in the plan, with the arrangement of seasonal premises on a part of the roof in operation above the three-story volume of the building. The maximum building height from ground level to the top of the fourth floor parapet is maintained. Glazing and exterior decoration of the building is preserved. During the reconstruction, the purpose of the building is preserved: a sports and recreation complex and a bathhouse. The maximum number of one-time visitors after reconstruction is 60 people. Redevelopment of premises of 1-4 floors is provided. Two main entrances have been preserved in the building - from the side of the street and the street and service entrances from the rear facade and from the side facade. Three isolated two-flight stairs have been preserved, as well as an elevator with a carrying capacity of 630 kg. On the first floor of the building, a two-height entrance vestibule has been preserved. A new pool bowl has been designed in the pool hall on the first floor. A part of the technical underground was preserved next to the designed pool basin, but all the outer walls of the existing technical underground are preserved. The entrance to the technical underground is provided through a fire hatch from the corridor of the first floor. The technical underground under the pool bowl is not provided, a separate entrance to the technical underground through the pit has been canceled (the doorway is laid with bricks, the pit is covered with grating. On the ground floor at the 0,000 mark, the following are designed: a lobby, a cloakroom for visitors, a phyto-bar, a hairdresser's, a sales office, a medical office, men's and women's locker rooms with bathrooms and showers; massage rooms, steam rooms, a gym, a pool hall, men's and women's coaching rooms with showers. The placement of the premises of the main switchboard, ITP and the water meter unit (they have exits to the outside) has been preserved. On the second floor are designed: a gym for 15 people with access to a balcony, an aerobics room for 10 people, a yoga room for 15 people and a room for individual classes with inventory, a phyto-bar. On the third floor, five individual bath rooms with rest rooms, showers, bathrooms, hot tubs, steam rooms or saunas, technical rooms with bath equipment, a phyto-bar, a control room, and an administration office are designed. On the fourth floor, as part of the bath complex, the following are designed: massage rooms, a locker room with showers and bathrooms, a Turkish steam room, a sauna, a jacuzzi bath and a font, a ventilation chamber, technical rooms with bath equipment, a phyto-bar. There is access to the exploited roof. On the part of the exploited roof over the three-story volume, covered terraces and seasonal premises (sauna with a shower room and a relaxation room) are designed. Cleaning equipment and bathrooms are provided on all floors. The covering above the 4-storey part of the building is flat, combined with an organized internal drain, the existing one is preserved. The height of the parapet or metal fence is at least 0,6 m. The cover over the 3-storey part is flat, combined with an organized internal drain. The existing exploited roof is reconstructed. The arrangement of covered terraces and rooms for seasonal use (sauna with shower and relaxation room) is provided. The height of the parapet or metal fencing of the operated roof is at least 1,2 m. It is planned to keep the exit to the operated roof above the 3-storey part from the corridor of the fourth floor and to keep the exit to the roof through the fire hatch in the roof from the stairwell. The outer walls of the superstructures for seasonal use (sauna with a shower room and a relaxation room) are made of hinged "sandwich" panels 100 mm thick with mineral wool filling, the outside is finished with a wooden lath (impregnated with fire-retardant compounds) and stained-glass windows in the lobby and recreation rooms. Sheds over covered terraces are designed in wooden structures with wooden lath sheathing (impregnated with fire-retardant compounds). Filling of two designed window openings in the pool hall on the ground floor - metal-plastic window blocks filled with single-chamber double-glazed windows, Partitions are designed from plasterboard sheets on a metal frame with mineral wool filling. Interior decoration is provided in accordance with the functional purpose of the premises from materials that have hygienic and fire safety certifications for use. The project documentation provides for measures to prevent criminal manifestations, the lobby on the first floor provides for the placement of an administrator's desk, and the control room is designed on the third floor. The project documentation provides for measures to ensure the accessibility of the building for visitors with disabilities. Under the conditions of reconstruction, service for the disabled in a wheelchair is provided on the 1st floor. There is an outside ramp on the entrance porch. Reception and service for disabled people is provided in all premises for visitors on the ground floor (men's and women's locker rooms with bathrooms and showers; massage rooms, steam rooms, a gym, a pool hall, a phyto-bar, a hairdresser, a sales department, a medical office, two universal sanitary facilities accessible to the disabled).

Structural and space-planning solutions

The level of responsibility of the building is II, normal. In accordance with the technical conclusion on the inspection of structures, the existing building of the sports and recreation complex and the bathhouse was built according to a frameless beam design scheme. At the time of the survey, the building is in operation. Frame columns with a section of 400 x 400 mm, mesh 6 x 6 m (in the pool room 6 x 12 m). Ceilings and covering - plates 200 mm thick, in the pool area - with beams with a section of 500 x 750 (H) mm. Bearing structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete class B25, working reinforcement class A-III. The internal walls of the stairwells are made of solid clay bricks 250 mm thick. External walls - non-bearing, solid brick 250 mm thick, mineral wool insulation and ventilated facade. All supporting structures are in good condition. The foundations of the building are piled. Piles - bored injection diameter 250 mm, columnar bush grillages, united by a floor slab. In accordance with the report on engineering and geological surveys, at the base of the tip of the piles - plastic sandy loam with the characteristics E = 125 kg/cm2, JL = 0,38. According to the results of the static test, the design load is assumed to be 50 tf. A verification calculation of existing structures for design loads from reconstruction was carried out. The bearing capacity of walls, columns, foundations and foundations is sufficient to absorb design loads from reconstruction; the structures do not require reinforcement. The settlement of foundations does not exceed 1,0 cm. According to the results of the calculation, reinforcement of floor slabs in the punching zone is required. In accordance with the change in space-planning decisions, the reconstruction of the building provides for: dismantling of partitions; punching openings in external non-bearing walls with the installation of jumpers from rolled corners, pulled together with studs; sealing existing holes in the ceilings with monolithic reinforced concrete of class B 25 with reinforcement according to the calculation; reinforcement of the capital part of the floors in the zone of punching by the column by increasing the thickness of the floor to 285 mm and installing transverse reinforcement; on the first floor of the building, the installation of a rectangular pool bowl (instead of the previously designed round shape) made of monolithic reinforced concrete of class B25, W4, wall and bottom thickness 250 mm, depth 1,45 m; installation on the roof of the building of a steel tie frame of superstructures for various functional purposes, consisting of steel pipes of square section welded together; arrangement on the roof of the building of a tie frame of a terrace with load-bearing elements made of wooden beams and sheathing with a wooden lath; to install the equipment, a system of beams made of rolled steel profiles with hinged fastening on chemical anchors to existing columns is provided. New structures are designed on the basis of the calculation performed on the PC SCAD 11.5. During the construction and installation work on the reconstruction of the building, it is planned to monitor the load-bearing structures of the building. The impact of the reconstruction on the surrounding buildings is not expected.
