Design solutions propose the placement of the following main buildings and structures on the site: an administrative building with stands for spectators (453 seats) and press representatives (100 seats); a football field with a natural grass lawn (to replace the existing one), equipped with a system of artificial lighting, watering, drainage, etc., in accordance with the requirements of FIFA; a grass nursery for the football field turf; parking area and driveways for spectators and employees, team buses, special transport, inspection; playground with stuffed coating (restorable); site with asphalt surface (restored); system of external fencing around the perimeter, including: checkpoint (2 pcs.), complex of turnstiles, gates, barriers; training ground (football field) fencing system. The project assumes the possibility of two modes of using the facility: Football training mode for the 2018 FIFA World Cup. Legacy mode, which implies further daily operation. When implementing the "Heritage" mode, it is technically possible to replace the natural grass cover of a football field with a lawn covered with artificial grass. All other major design decisions in Legacy Mode remain unchanged. 

External and internal views of the object.

Spatial, planning and functional organization. The one-two-story building of the Administrative and Amenity Building (ABK) is located in the southwestern part of the territory of the training ground complex. The main entrance to the ABK building is oriented towards the emerging central recreational space of the complex (central pedestrian area). The central pedestrian platform connects such elements of the planning system of the general plan, located within the boundaries of the external fence of the complex, as: guest parking (incl. for MGN), the pedestrian area in front of the screening turnstiles at the main entrance. The ABK building is a building of variable height (1-2 floors), combined with stands for spectators and press representatives (for the period of the 2018 FIFA World Cup events). The building is long, quadrangular in plan, has overall dimensions of 111,7 m x 21,6 m. The height of the building along the parapet of the heated part is 7.5 m, the height of the roofs of the canopies over the stands is 11.9 m, 9.5 m. rolled (membrane) for insulation; roof operated (with asphalt concrete coating) in the areas of the stands. The roofing of the canopies above the stands is made of metal profiled sheet and cellular polycarbonate along the girders supported by metal load-bearing beams. The canopies of the canopies above the entrance groups are made of cellular polycarbonate. Drainage - external, organized by a system of trays and pipes. The planning structure of the administrative building presupposes the division into two interconnected blocks of premises, which ensure the separation of the functional flows of athletes, spectators, and representatives of the press. The access of spectators and representatives of the press is basically limited to the lobby and recreational group (incl. canteen, administrative premises) and a room for holding press conferences. Toilets for spectators are oriented directly to the pedestrian open area providing access to the tribune for spectators. Directly to the main entrance to the rear ABs there is a glazed stairwell for the access of the press representatives and invited persons to the operating roof area (terrace), equipped with a tribune for the press representatives (100 linear meters). 2 groups of rooms of the above functional block are limited to axes 16-22. The functional block, placed between axes 1-15, is designed for sports and training work and preparation for competitions. This functional block includes: dressing rooms for teams (in accordance with the requirements of FIFA, with a capacity of 25 people each) - 2 pcs.; dressing rooms, each with a capacity of 20 people - 2 pcs.; Gym; coaching - 2 pcs.; medical office; doping control room; judicial. The block also includes technical rooms and an inventory room for football field equipment. Teams have access through an independent entrance from the side of the service entrance to the territory. The exit of teams to the football field and back is through the hall directly to the street. The possibility of crossing team players with spectators and other persons who do not have access is excluded. The passage of spectators to the stands is carried out through an open staircase in the main entrance area. Distribution of spectators to stands with a capacity of 450 linear meters. produced through a pedestrian gallery extended along the entire length of the building. Spectator seats for MGN are located in the immediate vicinity of the stands for spectators between axes 20-22 on a special platform equipped with fences. The ABK building is equipped with a group of technical rooms (ventilation chambers, general ventilation, smoke exhaust ventilation chamber, technical attic) located on the second floor.
