On the 1st floor are designed: a lobby with a security post and a control room, a cloakroom, a pool hall with a bowl of a large pool 25,0 x 18,5 m (1,4-1,8 m deep), and two children's pools with a bowl of 8,0 x 4,5 m, (depth 0,735 m and 1,135 m, respectively), two dressing rooms for adults (women's and men's) and two dressing rooms for children with showers and bathrooms, two sauna complexes with access to the pool hall. In the pool hall, bypass paths are provided with access through the foot bath from the dressing rooms for adults and children and from the sauna complexes. There is a passage from the dressing rooms for adults to the stairwells for climbing to the 2nd floor. At the lobby there are: the director's office, the doctor's office, a gym for the disabled in wheelchairs and a staff room. There is an additional entrance from the lobby to the dining room of the cafe. On the 2nd floor are designed: four halls for aerobics and fitness, a gym, a coaching room. Bathrooms, cleaning equipment rooms and technical rooms are provided on the 1st and 2nd floors. Designed two stairwells to rise to the 2nd floor with direct access to the outside. External walls - three-layer "sandwich" - panels with a thickness of 150 mm. The plinth is faced with ceramic granite slabs (up to +0,400). The roof is rolled. The cover is flat, combined, with an organized internal drain, water intake funnels with electric heating. The height of the parapet is not less than 0,6 m. There are exits to the roof via external vertical metal stairs. Filling of window openings - metal-plastic window blocks with double-glazed windows. Stained-glass windows - aluminum profiles with double-glazed windows. Furnishing of the premises is provided in accordance with their functional purpose of the premises. The project documentation provides for measures to prevent criminal manifestations, including a control room with a security post for access control in the lobby on the 1st floor.
