Architectural and space-planning solutions

The building of the sports complex was designed, multi-storey, complex in plan, with dimensions in the extreme axes of 78,00 x 66,00 m. The maximum height from the planning ground level to the top of the parapet is 44,28 m. The main entrance to the building is provided from the designed intra-block passage. The building consists of two volumes - a 4-storey part and a central 11-storey part - and has a symmetrical composition. At elevation -3,300, a built-in-attached car park for 31 parking spaces is designed, the height of the parking spaces is 2,2 and 2,9 m. In the basement at elevation -3,300, the following are designed: technical rooms for laying engineering networks, technical rooms of the pool, storage room for used fluorescent lamps, security room and sanitary unit. On the ground floor, at the level of 0,000, the following are designed: an entrance vestibule with a wardrobe, a swimming pool with a bowl of 25,0 x 8,0 m, a sports hall, a gym, coaching, inventory, dressing rooms with showers and bathrooms, a conference room, a medical office, utility rooms. The height of the first floor is 3,90 m, in the area of ​​sports halls and the pool - 7,50 m. On the second floor at the level of +3,900 are designed: administrative premises, a complex of sauna premises, sanitary facilities, fire-safe zones for MGN, utility rooms. The height of the second floor is 3,60 m. On the third floor, at elevation +7,500, the following are designed: two multifunctional sports halls, a gym, a fitness room, inventory, coaching, dressing rooms with showers and bathrooms, beauty salon premises, utility and utility rooms. The height of the third floor is 4,80 m, in the area of ​​sports halls - 7,50 m. , dressing rooms with showers and sanitary facilities, utility and utility rooms. The height of the fourth floor is 12,300 m. At the elevation of +12, a technical floor is designed for laying engineering communications. From the technical floor there are exits to the roof of the 4-storey part of the building. The height of the technical floor is 2,4 m. On the floors from the fifth to the eleventh, the following are designed: table tennis facilities, gyms, arm wrestling halls, billiard halls and chess halls, dressing rooms with showers and sanitary facilities, fire-safe zones for MGN, rooms recreation, bars for 12 people with utility rooms, methodical rooms, office, utility and utility rooms. The height of floors from 6 to 10 is 3,3 m, the height of the 11th floor is 3,05 m. For vertical communication between floors, six passenger elevators are provided: three elevators with a carrying capacity of 1000 kg with a lift from the 1st floor to the entire height of the building, designed to transport firefighters divisions, and three elevators with a lifting capacity of 400 kg from -3,300 to the entire height of the building. The machine rooms of the elevators are located at the elevation of +38,85 m. Three stairwells of the combined type H2 + H3 + H1 are designed from the 1st floor to the entire height of the building with exits to the roof of the 11th floor and two stairwells of the L1 type from 1st to 4th floors with access to roof of the 4th floor. External walls - from the 1st to the 4th floor - solid brick and the ZIAS ventilated facade system, from the 5th to the 11th floor - monolithic reinforced concrete and the ZIAS ventilated facade system. The basement is monolithic reinforced concrete with mineral wool insulation and porcelain stoneware cladding. The covering of the 11-storey part is flat, with an internal drain. Roofing - rolled with a protective layer of washed gravel. The covering of the 4-storey part is flat, with an internal drain. Roof - operated with a partial installation of a "green roof". Partitions - brick and tongue-and-groove slabs. In technical rooms and rooms with a wet regime - full-bodied ceramic bricks. The project documentation ensures the accessibility of the sports complex for people with limited mobility. External ramps, universal cabins for sanitary facilities have been designed.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The designed multi-storey building of a sports complex - a normal level of responsibility, divided by sedimentary expansion joints into three volumes. The structural scheme of the building is a frame-wall system of monolithic reinforced concrete structures. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of the vertical load-bearing elements of the building with monolithic reinforced concrete floors, stiffening diaphragms, stiffening cores formed by the walls of stairwells and elevator shafts. The calculation of the building was made on the LIRA software systems. Version 9.6, SCAD. Version 11.1. External non-bearing walls - floor-by-floor cut, based on floor slabs, consist of brickwork 250 mm thick from bricks of the KORP brand u 1NF / 150 / 1,4 / 35 / GOST 530-2007 on a solution of M 100, Rockwool insulation 120 mm thick and claddings made of porcelain stoneware slabs. In the pool area, the brand of brick KORPO 1NF / 150 / 2,0 / 35 / is provided. External load-bearing walls - monolithic reinforced concrete 200 mm thick with Rockwool insulation 150 mm thick and facing from porcelain stoneware slabs. The material of monolithic walls is concrete of class B 25, W 4, class A 400 C reinforcement. Non-bearing walls are fixed to the supporting structures with reinforcing bars. The outer walls of the basement are monolithic reinforced concrete 250 mm thick with 100 mm insulation and an external monolithic wall 120 mm. The material of the outer and inner walls of the basement is concrete of class B 30, W 8, F 150, reinforcement of class A 400 C, B 500. Inner walls are monolithic reinforced concrete with a thickness of 160 mm, 200 mm, 250 mm. The material of monolithic walls is concrete of class B 25, W 4, reinforcement of class A 400 C, B 500. Partitions are brick 120 mm thick and made of tongue-and-groove slabs. Ceilings and roofing - a monolithic reinforced concrete beamless slab 210 mm thick and a beam slab 180 mm thick along monolithic beams with a section of 400 x 800 (h) mm. The material of the monolithic slab and beams is concrete of class B30, W 4, W8, F 150, reinforcement of class B 500, A 400 C. Columns are monolithic reinforced concrete. The main pitch of the columns is 6 x 0 m, the section of the columns is 6x0 mm, 400x400 mm, 500x500 mm, 400x500 mm. The material of the columns is concrete of class B 600, W600, in the basement concrete of class B 25, W4, F 30, reinforcement of class A 8 C. Stairs - monolithic reinforced concrete marches and landings. Plate of monolithic platforms - 200 mm thick. The material of monolithic stairs is concrete of class B 25, reinforcement of class B 500, A 400. The pool is a monolithic reinforced concrete bowl, the thickness of the walls and the bottom of the bowl is 270 mm. The basin bowl is supported by monolithic reinforced concrete walls 400 mm and 500 mm thick. Pool material - class B 25,W 8 concrete, class A 400 C reinforcement. The foundations for the 11-storey part of the building are monolithic reinforced concrete strip and separate slab grillages 1100 mm high on piles. The grillages are united by a monolithic reinforced concrete basement floor slab 250 mm thick. Piles - bored monolithic reinforced concrete with a diameter of 450 mm, a length of 21 m, made using the "FUNDEX" technology. At the base of the piles there are hard clays, with interlayers of semi-solid ones with the characteristics e = 0,653, IL = - 0,18, E = 160 kg/cm2. ts.
