Architectural and space-planning solutions.

Indoor sports complex without stands for spectators (sports complex) - an indoor sports facility of variable number of floors (1-3 floors), intended for sports and recreational activities, - a three-story frame structure, without a basement, covered with arched trusses and steel beams, with covered, with dimensions in axes 46,0x38,65 (m) (excluding protruding stairs No. 1), consisting of two functional blocks of different sizes - a sports block without spectator seats with dimensions in axes 24,3x46,0 (m) and administrative household block with dimensions in the axes 14,35x46,00 (m). The maximum height of the sports block (from the ground level to the roof ridge) is 12,135 m. The height of the administrative and amenity block (from the ground level to the top of the parapet) is 14,17 m. On the ground floor, in the sports block, a three-height mini-football game room was designed; in the administrative and household area - groups of dressing rooms, showers and toilets, incl. for MGN, Turkish steam rooms, coaching, inventory, doctor's office, waiting room, storerooms for used lamps, cleaning equipment, dirty and clean linen, loading for groceries, a lobby with a vertical lift for the disabled (the lift is lined with glass panels), wardrobe, reception, security room, ITP, water metering unit and electrical panel. On the second floor of the administrative and amenity block, it was designed: an aerobics hall (with a second light in the part of the hall adjacent to the gym), a two-height gym, an inventory room, a coaching room, showers, dressing rooms, Turkish steam rooms, a relaxation area, a buffet with a group of auxiliary rooms (pantry , a staff room, a loading room, a sanitary unit, a room for washing tanks and storing food waste), a pantry for cleaning equipment, sanitary units, incl. for MGN, and fireproof zones for MGN (zones - with air overpressure). In the administrative and amenity block, in the zone of the second level of the aerobics hall, four administrative premises (offices) are provided. Supply and exhaust ventilation chambers are designed on the third floor in the zone of groups of dressing rooms, showers and sanitary facilities located on the second floor. In the exterior decoration, hinged three-layer sandwich panels were used, the plinth was made of polished porcelain stoneware, stained glass glazing was decorative elements of the facade are used composite materials. Doors: external - metal insulated, internal - deaf and glazed, fire and moisture resistant. Windows - in stained glass structures. Roofs - roll combined coatings, drain - internal. The building has L1-type stairwells and an open staircase leading from the lobby to the recreation area located on the second floor. Measures are envisaged to ensure the accessibility of the building for MGN and the disabled.

Structural and space-planning solutions.

The building - of a normal level of responsibility was designed, according to the frame-wall design scheme. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of the vertical load-bearing elements of the building with monolithic interfloor ceilings, the rigidity of the supporting nodes and the presence of steel column ties, horizontal roof ties, stiffening cores formed by the walls of the stairwells. The calculation of the building was made using the SCAD software package, version 11.3. External walls - hinged steel three-layer "sandwich" panels 150 mm thick and stained-glass windows. Walls and stained-glass windows are fixed to the frame and half-timbered columns. Internal walls - load-bearing monolithic reinforced concrete with a thickness of 200 mm, 250 mm; self-supporting - aerated concrete 200 mm thick from aerated concrete blocks D 600, B 2,5, F 50 with fixing to the frame columns. Partitions - brick 120 mm thick, made of bricks of the KORPO 1NF / 100 / 2,0 / 50 / brand and KOPu 1NF / 100 / 1,4 / 50 / GOST 530-2007, tongue-and-groove 100 mm thick, plasterboard 125 mm thick. The fastening of the partitions is provided for the steel fachwerk. Ceilings - monolithic reinforced concrete beamless and beamed slab 240 mm thick. The support of the beamless slab on the columns is provided through hidden steel consoles made of rolled profiles. Floor beams - monolithic reinforced concrete, section 400 x 600(h) mm. The columns are monolithic reinforced concrete. The main step of the columns is 3,75 x 4,5 m, 4,5 x 5,2 m, 4,5 x 5,4 m. Section of rectangular - columns 400 x 400 mm, 400 x 600 mm and round diameter - 325 mm and 400 mm. Columns with a diameter of 325 mm are designed in fixed formwork made of steel pipe 325 x 5 mm. The supporting structures of the coating are steel roof trusses (span 11,2 m, 14 m, 0 m) from bent closed welded square profiles with a section of 24,3x160 mm, 8x140 mm, 8x120 mm, 8x100 mm and beams from rolled profiles with a section of I 5 B25. Coating - profiled steel sheet H1-158-750 with fastening to the bearing structures of the coating. Stairs - monolithic reinforced concrete marches and platforms. Fachwerk for fastening stained-glass windows - steel, from rolled and welded I-section profiles. The material of reinforced concrete structures is concrete of class B 1,25, W 25, F 6, F75, reinforcement of class A 100, A 240. The material of steel structures is steel C 500 GOST 245-27772. The foundations were designed based on the results of engineering and geological surveys carried out at the construction site. Foundations - monolithic reinforced concrete tape and free-standing slab grillages 88 mm high, 600 mm on piles. Piles - driven prefabricated reinforced concrete with a section of 350x350 mm, a length of 8,0 m according to the type series 1.011-10 c. 1. Estimated load on the pile - 60 tf - adopted according to the results of static sounding, before the completion of the pile field, tests of the piles with a static load are provided. At the base of the piles there are sandy gray sandy loam with gravel, pebbles, boulders up to 15%, with nests of sand, hard with characteristics e = 0,266, IL = -0,08, E = 230 kg / cm 2. The connection of piles and grillages is rigid. Concrete preparation 100 mm thick is provided under the grillages. Floor slab at elev.
